Roboflow

Technical Recruiter

Roboflow
San Francisco, United States
Full Time

Technical Recruiter

Who We Are

Our mission is to make the world programmable. Sight is one of the key ways we understand the world, and soon this will be true for the software we use, too.

We’re building the tools, community, and resources needed to make the world programmable with artificial intelligence. Roboflow simplifies building and using computer vision models. Today, over 1M+ developers, including those from half the Fortune 100, use Roboflow’s machine learning open source and hosted tools. That includes counting cells to accelerate cancer research, improving construction site safety, digitizing floor plans, preserving coral reef populations, guiding drone flight, and much more.

Our team is small relative to our impact, and we believe our users’ success is our success (not the inverse). A team member summarized: “Roboflow is a company full of giant brains and tiny egos.” We find software has a multiplier effect on all roles (not only product and engineering), so Roboflow employs developers across the company in design, sales, customer support, marketing, and beyond.

We’re supported by great customers and investors, having raised over $63 million from Google Ventures, Y Combinator, Craft Ventures, Sam Altman, Lachy Groom, and other leading software investors.

What We're Looking For

Primarily, you like making great things with passionate colleagues. You prefer owning outcomes to completing tasks, and you're motivated by helping exceptional people find work where they can have outsized impact.

You're fascinated by how strong technical organizations are built. You enjoy understanding what makes great engineers, product managers, designers, and researchers effective—and helping hiring teams identify those signals early.

We are less concerned with the number of years you've spent recruiting than with the impact you've had. You know recruiting is not simply about filling open positions. Exceptional hiring compounds across an organization for years. You approach recruiting as a strategic function that helps shape the future of a company.

You are constantly asking, “How can this be better?” Whether improving sourcing approaches, candidate experience, interview design, or recruiting systems, you look for opportunities to raise the bar.

You understand how strong product and technical teams operate. You can distinguish genuine technical depth from interview performance and help hiring managers identify candidates who raise the bar rather than merely fill a role.

What You'll Do

As a Technical Recruiter, you'll own hiring across Product, Engineering, Design, and Research.

Success in this role means consistently identifying and hiring exceptional builders, creating candidate experiences that reflect Roboflow’s values, and improving the systems that help us scale hiring without sacrificing quality. You'll earn the trust of hiring managers, help shape hiring strategy, and ensure we continue building a team that ships quickly, cares deeply about users, and raises the bar for excellence.

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across Product, Engineering, Design, and Research

  • Partner with hiring managers to define success profiles, interview loops, and hiring strategy

  • Build and maintain high-quality pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, and creative outreach

  • Develop conviction around candidate quality through structured assessment and evidence-based evaluation

  • Create exceptional candidate experiences from first conversation through close

  • Improve recruiting systems, processes, and tooling to increase hiring quality and efficiency

  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning and future hiring needs

  • Continuously refine how Roboflow attracts, evaluates, and hires technical talent

  • Take ownership of recruiting initiatives and strategic projects aligned with your experience and strengths, helping improve how Roboflow attracts, evaluates, and hires exceptional technical talent

Who You Are

  • Demonstrated success recruiting technical talent in startup, SaaS, AI, developer-tool, or related technology environments. We are open to candidates across multiple experience levels, from experienced individual contributors to senior recruiting operators with a track record of shaping hiring strategy and recruiting systems.

  • Experience hiring software engineers, machine learning engineers, researchers, product managers, designers, or similarly technical roles

  • Strong sourcing instincts and a track record of building high-quality candidate pipelines

  • Ability to evaluate technical and product-oriented candidates beyond keyword matching and résumé screening

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proven ability to earn trust with hiring managers, challenge assumptions when necessary, and drive hiring decisions through sound judgment and evidence

  • Strong operational rigor and ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining exceptional candidate communication

  • Curiosity about technology and enthusiasm for learning how technical teams operate

  • Bias toward action, ownership, and continuous improvement

Where You'll Work

Roboflow’s team is distributed across the world. We currently have Hubs in New York City, San Francisco, Brazil, and Singapore (and plan to open more as we grow density in new cities). We provide opportunities (like team onsites in different cities) and resources (like a $4000/yr travel stipend) to work in person with other team members as much as you'd like, while also supporting remote team members. You can work from one of our Hubs (we offer a relocation bonus), work from home, work at co-working spaces, etc. We want you to work where you work best!

What You'll Receive

To determine your compensation, we use a number of market- and data-driven salary sources. We review compensation every six months to ensure we remain aligned with the market.

We are open to exceptional candidates across multiple experience levels, from experienced individual contributors to senior recruiting operators.

The target base compensation for this role is $110,000–$225,000, with additional equity compensation.

Compensation, title calibration, and scope of ownership will be determined based on demonstrated capability, expected impact, and the needs of the business.

In addition to cash compensation, we offer:

  • Equity in the company so we’re all invested in the future of computer vision

  • $4,000/year Travel Stipend to work alongside other Roboflowers anywhere, anytime

  • $350/month Productivity Stipend for things like high-speed internet or co-working space

  • Up to 100% coverage of health insurance for you and your family

  • Remote-first / flexible schedule

  • Unlimited PTO (with a 2-week annual minimum)

  • 12 weeks parental leave

Interview Process (~4 hours)

Before the Interview

We’ll review your application, LinkedIn, and any materials you share.

The strongest applications demonstrate curiosity about Roboflow, thoughtful research into our business, or examples of exceptional recruiting work.

Exceptional recruiters come from many backgrounds, and we care more about demonstrated capability, curiosity, judgment, and ownership than checking every box.

The Ramp

Technical Program Manager

The Ramp
28 West 23rd Street, New York, United States
Full Time

About Ramp

Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $100B in annualized spend flows in and out of 50,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.

The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.

We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.

The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.

If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.

About the Role

We're looking for a Technical Program Manager who can operate at the intersection of engineering, product, and business — someone deeply technical, trusted instinctively by engineers, and sharp enough to drive clarity and momentum across complex, cross-functional programs. This is a high-agency role with real executive visibility and direct impact on how Ramp's engineering organization scales.

We're looking for someone who is energized by complexity, deeply curious about what AI can unlock for engineering teams, and eager to apply it hands-on in their work. You should be someone who experiments with AI tools regularly, thinks about how they change the way software gets built, and brings that perspective into how you run programs.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead large-scale technical programs across engineering and adjacent teams—from CI/CD and infrastructure scaling to incident response, and driving other strategic projects across the engineering organization

  • Own Ramp's engineering incident response program, improving processes, running retrospectives, and keeping the bar high on how the org learns from incidents

  • Be the connective tissue between platform and product engineering teams, ensuring context flows both ways and nothing falls through the cracks and high-quality execution of projects in an effective manner

  • Own programs end-to-end: from scoping and kickoff through delivery, observability, and retrospective

  • Partner with engineering leaders to define technical roadmaps, understand how multiple projects overlap and complement each other, and ensure the programs fit within the goals of the organization

  • Collaborate with lead engineers, engineering managers and other groups to help communicate business and engineering strategies to the wider organization

  • Help shape how the TPM function operates at Ramp: set standards, define playbooks, and raise the bar for how technical programs are run

What You Need

  • 5+ years of TPM experience, ideally in a high-growth startup environment

  • Genuine AI fluency: you are actively building with and thinking about AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) and using them in day-to-day work, not just aware of them

  • Ability to operate as both executor and leader. You're the person who does the work and raises the bar for how it gets done

  • Proven ability to earn trust quickly and become the person teams want to confide in — this is a relationship-driven role as much as an execution one

  • BA/BS in a technical or analytical field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, or related)

  • Proven ability to lead small, cross-functional teams toward ambitious goals with urgency and agency.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience building programs at high-rigor, fast-moving companies

  • Background as a software engineer or technical founder

  • Familiarity with how LLM-based systems are built and deployed — enough to have a meaningful technical conversation with the engineers building them

Benefits available to all full-time Ramp employees (Global)

• Flexible PTO

• Unlimited AI token usage

• Centralized home-office equipment ordering

• Health and wellness stipend

• Budget for intra-office travel

• Weekly coffee stipend

United States

• 100% medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for you, with partial coverage for dependents

• One Medical annual membership

• 401(k), including employer match on contributions made while employed by Ramp

• Fertility HRA (up to $10,000 per year)

• Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (80 days) at 100% pay

• Pet insurance

• In-office perks: lunch, snacks, drinks, and more

• Relocation support to NYC or SF (as needed)

Canada

• Group medical, dental, and vision coverage through Sun Life

• Life, AD&D, and disability coverage

• Fertility drug coverage (up to $4,000 lifetime)

• Group Retirement Plan with employer match (RRSP + DPSP)

• Employee Assistance Program and virtual care through Lumino Health

United Kingdom

• Private medical insurance through Freedom Elite

• Virtual GP and at-home care via eMed x Livi

• Workplace pension through Penfold, with salary sacrifice option

  • Professional demeanor and ability to represent Traba with workers, partners, and client stakeholders.

  • Flexible and adaptable — able to shift priorities and locations as market needs evolve.

At Vanta, our mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Join Vanta's People team as a People Operations Specialist and help scale the foundation that enables every Vanta'n to do their best work - securely, efficiently and with confidence.

In this role, you'll be at the heart of our People operations: ensuring data integrity, streamlining workflows through automation, and partnering cross-functionally to improve both our internal processes and the broader employee experience. • Teammate Experience: Serve as a resource to employees through our ticketing system — answering questions and resolving issues related to HR systems, data updates, and process flows with clarity and care.

How to be successful in this role:

  • 2-3 years’ People Ops experience in a high growth, fast-paced environment

  • Strong interest in HR systems, data, and operations, with prior experience working in HRIS or related systems (e.g., HiBob, Workday, Ashby, Culture Amp, etc.)

  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of data integrity

What you can expect as a Vanta’n:

  • Industry-competitive salary and equity

Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors and may vary based on candidate location, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials.

#LI-remote

At Vanta, we are committed to hiring diverse talent of different backgrounds and as such, it is important to us to provide an inclusive work environment for all. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, gender identity, age, religion, sexual orientation, veteran or disability status, or any other protected class. As an equal opportunity employer, we encourage and welcome people of all backgrounds to apply.

About Vanta

We started in 2018, in the wake of several high-profile data breaches. Online security was only becoming more important, but we knew firsthand how hard it could be for fast-growing companies to invest the time and manpower it takes to build a solid security foundation. Vanta was inspired by a vision to restore trust in internet businesses by enabling companies to improve and prove their security. From our early days automating security monitoring for compliance standards like SOC 2, HIPAA and ISO 27001 to creating the world's leading Trust Management Platform, our vision remains unchanged.

Now more than ever, making security continuous—not just a point-in-time check— is essential. Thousands of companies rely on Vanta to build, maintain and demonstrate their trust— all in a way that's real-time and transparent.

This isn't a maintenance role. It's a high-impact, high-ownership position for someone who treats the website as a revenue asset, obsesses over craft and design, and is determined to make it the best in the industry. You'll sit at the intersection of marketing, design, and engineering, and you'll be the person who keeps our web experience sharp, fast, and converting.

What you'll do

  • Own the marketing website end-to-end as a pipeline and conversion asset, including CMS, architecture, and performance

  • Work with the marketing team to enable them to build out template pages and be content owners

  • Define and maintain conversion paths and customer journeys across the site, from first touch to webinar to demo request

  • Run a continuous testing and optimization program (A/B, multivariate) to improve conversion rates across key pages and CTAs

  • Partner with PMM to ensure messaging, positioning, and content are accurately reflected across the site and updated with each launch

  • Partner with design to brief, review, and ship new page designs and site updates, serving as the marketing-side owner in the creative process

  • Manage the relationship with engineering to scope, prioritize, and QA web development work

  • Own and maintain the marketing web roadmap and backlog; run sprint or project cycles to keep work moving

  • Establish and report on web KPIs: traffic-to-MQL conversion, page engagement, demo request rate, and more

  • Constantly scour the web for great websites and make our website an excellent resource for prospects and customers

Who you are

  • 4+ years in a web product, growth, or digital marketing role

  • Strong design sensibility and obsessive attention to craft; you have a point of view on what makes a great website, you can articulate it, and you hold every page and interaction to that standard

  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms, A/B testing tools, and web analytics

  • Comfortable working across marketing, design, and engineering without losing momentum

  • Highly organized with a bias toward shipping; you run a tight backlog and keep projects moving

  • Obsessive about conversion and deeply curious about what makes buyers take action

Location

This is an on-site role based in our NYC office, designed for builders who thrive on speed, iteration, and meaningful impact.

For this role, the expected base salary range is $160,000 to $230,000, depending on experience. Spear AI

Forward Deployed Data Engineer (Groton, CT / Senior) [Secret]

Spear AI
Groton, United States
Full Time

We’re seeking a skilled Forward Deployed Data Engineer to build the next-generation data management and artificial intelligence platform for maritime domain awareness.

As a forward-deployed engineer, you’ll work on-site with customers — writing code, integrating systems, and solving hard problems in the field. You’re part engineer, part technical advisor, and wholly accountable for making the mission succeed. The position requires a current or active U.S. Secret clearance.

Spear AI is a growing defense contracting company dedicated to delivering cutting-edge solutions that support our nation’s security. As we expand, we’re building a culture where innovation meets mission-critical work. We operate with a flat organizational structure that empowers every team member to make an impact, collaborate directly with leadership, and contribute to projects that matter. Whether you’re joining our Hardware, Software, or Services division, you’ll work alongside talented professionals who are committed to excellence and advancing the capabilities that keep our nation safe and secure.

Spear AI builds sonobuoy sensors that are deployed into the water and collect edge data. We also work with the U.S. Navy to collect and process their SONAR data. You’ll have an opportunity to work on real-world projects that directly impact warfighter capabilities and mission success.

What you’ll do

We’re a small team wearing many hats, and you’d have a wide variety of responsibilities that include:

  • Implement real-time data pipelines with MQTT and Redpanda for stream processing.

  • Implement offline data pipelines using Dagster for batch processing.

  • Parse and process binary message formats from various data sources.

  • Build data warehouses using Postgres, Apache Iceberg, Parquet, and S3.

  • Design data models that allow for high-performance queries.

  • Validate and normalize data sources.

  • Improve local development and CI/CD using modern tooling and GitHub Actions.

Who you are

We’re looking for someone with strong Software Engineering skills who shares our most important values:

  • You’re fanatical about polish. Every detail matters. You love to make sure your code is linted, formatted, fully typed, and has 100% test coverage.

  • You care about correctness. You take pride in the fact that downstream consumers trust libraries and services you build.

  • You obsess over performance. You daydream about Lighthouse scores and query speed.

  • You dive deep. It’s important for you to really know how things work. You’re always building prototypes and setting up experiments to reinforce your understanding.

  • You live on the bleeding edge. You’ve got a long list of upcoming platform features you’re excited about and can’t wait for the next nightly to drop.

  • You’re a great teacher. You know how to break down a concept for a specific audience and make it click with them in a way that gets them excited.

Why work with us

  • We ship — We don’t work on 18-month projects that are irrelevant before they’re even finished.

  • Our work has impact — We build products that are deployed to U.S. submarines and integrate with the sonobuoys we manufacture.

  • We’re growing responsibly — We have the resources to hire a lot more people, but we don’t want to build a massive team of people who don’t share our values.

  • We’re remote — Work from wherever you want. We collaborate in real time on Slack or asynchronously via GitHub.

  • We’re profitable — We aren’t burning through cash trying to make the business work. But we also have investors who believe in us and are committed to our success.

  • We care about doing great work — You don’t need permission to sweat the details here.

  • We don’t take ourselves too seriously — We’re building products that make the world safer. But we don’t let that get to our heads.

Important skills

  • Expertise in time-series data processing and analysis (windowing, resampling, interpolation, etc.)

  • Proficiency in Python and Rust for data engineering workflows.

  • Experience with binary message parsing.

  • Experience with row-based & columnar-based data formats.

  • Experience with OLTP & OLAP databases.

  • Knowledge of distributed systems, streaming architectures, and batch processing patterns.

  • Hands-on experience with a batch orchestrator such as Dagster/Airflow.

  • Hands-on experience with a streaming platform such as Redpanda/Kafka.

  • Hands-on experience with binary message formats such as Protobuf.

Nice to have

  • Experience with IoT devices and sensors.

  • Digital signal processing experience.

  • Geospatial analysis and GIS experience.

  • Familiar with working in monorepos.

What we offer

  • Unlimited PTO — Take the time you need to recharge and maintain work-life balance.

  • Dedicated sick time — Your health and well-being come first.

  • Comprehensive health and benefits – Medical, dental, and vision coverage to keep you and your family protected.

  • 11 Paid Holidays — Enjoy time off throughout the year to celebrate and spend time with loved ones.

  • Professional development — Educational opportunities and resources to help you grow your skills and advance your career.

  • Collaborative environment — Work directly with leadership in our flat organizational structure, where your ideas and contributions matter.

  • Mission-driven work — Contribute to projects that directly support national security and make a real-world impact.

  • Growth opportunities — Join us during an exciting expansion phase where you can help shape our future.

Additional benefit opportunities when you choose Spear AI:

  • 401(k) with company match.

  • Onsite / Remote / Flexible work arrangements or hybrid options (position dependent).

  • Relocation assistance (position dependent).

  • Referral bonuses.

  • Performance bonuses.

  • Life insurance and disability coverage.

  • Technology home office setup stipend.

  • Professional certification reimbursement (position dependent).

We offer competitive compensation tailored to your experience, location, and the impact you’ll make. We’re committed to equitable pay and will share a range aligned to your level and geography during the hiring process. In accordance with state law, candidates in jurisdictions such as CA, CO, WA, NY, and others, where applicable, will be provided a good-faith salary range upon request and throughout the hiring process. This is a full-time, exempt position under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and is not eligible for overtime pay.

Compensation for this position is provided on a salaried basis and is not subject to reduction based on hours worked. At Spear AI, you’ll find more than just a job; you’ll join a mission-driven team where your work directly contributes to national security. Our flat organizational structure means your voice matters, your ideas reach leadership, and your impact is visible. As we grow, we’re committed to building robust processes and infrastructure that support both our mission and our people. We value collaboration, continuous improvement, and the expertise each team member brings to the table. If you’re looking for a place to grow professionally while working on projects that truly matter, we’d love to hear from you.

Director of Software Engineering

Nox Metals
Detroit, Michigan, Detroit, United States
Full Time

Director of Software Engineering | Nox Metals | Detroit, MI

American factories deserve a supply chain that moves as fast as they do. The next generation of American manufacturing is being built right now. Nox Metals is the supply chain behind it.

Nox Metals is a technology company in Detroit supplying aluminum plate, bar, and rounds to aerospace and defense manufacturers. We use software and automation to supply metal to American factories faster than the industry thought possible.

We need a Director of Software Engineering to lead the team building the systems that run the company. Our software is not a side project, it is the product. NOX NEST runs the factory floor, WAYNE runs nesting and quoting, Gondor runs the customer experience, MORIA runs inventory and demand intelligence. Every shipment we send goes out because of code we wrote. This role owns the engineering org, the roadmap, and the team that builds it. Nox Metals is an employer with real opportunity for long term career growth, this is a place to build a career, not just hold a job.

You will:

  • Lead, hire, and grow the engineering team across NOX NEST, WAYNE, Gondor, and MORIA

  • Own the engineering roadmap end to end, set priorities, ship on time

  • Stay hands on, write code, review PRs, pair with engineers on the hardest problems

  • Work directly with the founder to translate company strategy into engineering execution

  • Walk the floor every week and make sure the team is building what the business actually needs

  • Set the bar for code quality, system design, deploy hygiene, on call, and production reliability

  • Run the hiring loop, close candidates, and onboard new engineers fast

  • Drive real ML and AI features into production, cut time models, demand intelligence, AI parsing of sales orders, agentic workflows across the company

  • Own production systems, incident response, postmortems, and the culture of fix forward

  • Make the team faster every quarter, better tools, better workflows, better leverage on AI

  • Look at every system and figure out how to make it better

  • Work safely every shift and hold the team to the same standard

You should be:

  • 7+ years of engineering experience with 2+ years leading and managing a team

  • Track record of shipping production software at a startup, ideally scaled a team from a handful to 10+ engineers

  • Strong in TypeScript, Node, and modern web frameworks (NestJS, Next.js, React, or comparable)

  • Deep experience with Postgres, Supabase, or comparable database and backend platforms

  • Still writes production code and wants to

  • Cracked with AI tools, you use them every day and you have figured out how to make a whole team 10x more efficient with them

  • A builder at heart, you would rather ship a working v1 today than ship a perfect v3 next month, and you instill that in the team

  • Strong product instincts, you sit with a customer or an operator and turn what you see into a roadmap

  • A great manager of engineers, you grow people, you give hard feedback, you set a high bar, and people want to work for you

  • Comfortable working close to the metal, the floor, the customer, the operator, your team writes software that lives in the real world and you lead from the front

  • Relentless on quality, every PR, every deploy, every customer-facing experience

  • Always thinking about how to make systems better, you do not accept "this is how we have always done it"

  • Absolutely customer obsessed, every line of code your team ships eventually shows up as a part on a customer's dock

  • User obsessed, you sit with the operator, the scheduler, the buyer, you watch them work, and you build software they actually want to use

  • A team player with a good attitude, you make the team better for everyone around you

  • Someone who takes ownership of the whole engineering org, if it is in production, it is your responsibility

  • Precise under pressure and reliable

  • Organized and detail oriented

  • Committed to safety, you follow every protocol, wear your PPE, and never cut corners that put people at risk

  • High agency, you handle big items alone and ask for help when needed

  • Low ego, you walk the floor, you talk to operators, you do the unglamorous work because it needs to get done

  • Not afraid to work outside normal hours when America demands it

  • Never says "that's not my job"

Nice to have:

  • Experience leading software teams in manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, or industrial environments

  • Background with 2D bin packing, optimization, scheduling algorithms, or operations research

  • Background with ML, applied AI, or data-heavy product work

  • Experience integrating with hardware, PLCs, CNC controllers, or shop floor systems

  • Experience standing up engineering practices from scratch, on call, code review, deploy, observability, security

  • Strong design sensibility, you can ship a UI that looks as good as it works

  • Open source work or a portfolio of things you and your teams have built

Full Time

About Us

Harmattan AI is a next-generation defense prime building autonomous and scalable defense systems. Following the close of a $200M Series B, valuing the company at $1.4 billion, we are expanding our teams and capabilities to deliver mission-critical systems to allied forces.

Our work is guided by clear values: building technologies with real-world impact, pursuing excellence in everything we do, setting ambitious goals, and taking on the hardest technical challenges. We operate in a demanding environment where rigor, ownership, and execution are expected.

About the Role

You will join the Test Bench team — the engineering team responsible for designing, deploying, and operating all automated test and production infrastructure at Harmattan AI. The team works at the intersection of R&D and manufacturing, building the systems that validate every product that leaves our facility.

As our first on-site engineer, you will be the team’s presence at our manufacturing facility: keeping test stations running, driving continuous improvement on the line, and acting as the direct link between the factory floor and the engineers in Paris. You will work closely with the Test Bench Engineers who design the stations you operate, with full visibility into the technical decisions behind them. As the factory scales, you will also have the opportunity to train and coach a small team of on-site maintenance technicians.

Responsibilities

Test Station Operations & Maintenance

  • Perform Test Station qualification and commissioning.

  • Ensure the availability and reliability of automated test benches across the production line.

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and integration issues, escalating to the engineering team when needed.

  • Monitor station health and proactively flag degradation before it impacts production.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify recurring failure modes and work with the Test and Production Systems team to implement lasting fixes.

  • Contribute to improving test cycle times, station configuration, and overall line efficiency.

  • Support the deployment and validation of new software and hardware updates on the line.

R&D & Engineering Collaboration

  • Translate field observations into actionable technical feedback for the engineering team.

  • Work closely with Test Bench Engineers during new station bring-up and integration.

  • Participate in engineering reviews and team syncs to stay aligned with the technical roadmap.

Factory Systems & Team Building

  • Support the operation and integration of adjacent systems including label printing and the automated storage rack.

  • As the team grows, coordinate and train on-site maintenance technicians.

  • Build documentation, procedures, and best practices for on-site operations.

Candidate Requirements

  • MSc in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in a technical role involving automated systems, test equipment, or manufacturing environments.

  • Solid Python programming skills; comfortable reading, modifying, and debugging existing codebases.

  • Hands-on experience with embedded systems, instrumentation, or electromechanical test setups.

  • Comfortable performing hardware interventions: wiring, component swaps, basic electrical troubleshooting.

  • Familiarity with version control (Git) and structured software development practices.

  • Excellent communication skills and proven ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

Location and Commitments

  • Contract Type: CDI

  • Work Schedule: Full-time

  • Availability: ASAP

  • Location: On-site at our manufacturing facility (1 hour from Paris)

We look forward to hearing how you can help shape the future of autonomous defense systems at Harmattan AI.

About Craydel

Mission Statement

To build strategic university relationships that drive enrollments (Craydel's North Star Metric) and deliver value to Craydel’s learners

About The Role

Craydel is looking for a highly analytical, execution-oriented, and ambitious Strategic Operations Associate to work closely with Craydel’s Co-founder across multiple markets and business functions.

This is a high-exposure role designed for someone who wants to build a long-term career in operations leadership. The role combines strategic thinking, operational execution, cross-functional coordination, data analysis, and problem-solving. Over time, the individual will progressively take ownership of operational functions and grow into broader operational leadership responsibilities.

You will act as a strategic execution partner — helping teams move faster, solve problems, interpret data, identify patterns across markets, and ensure key initiatives are effectively followed through.

You will work closely with leadership teams across multiple functions, supporting initiatives spanning admissions, marketing campaigns, partnerships, school engagement, operational performance, and other cross-functional priorities.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, intellectually curious, proactive, comfortable with ambiguity, deeply operational, comfortable with automating processes, and excited by the opportunity to learn how a fast-growing company operates from the inside out.

What You Will Do

  • Work closely with senior leadership to drive follow-through on strategic and operational priorities across multiple teams and markets.

  • Attend recurring leadership and operational meetings, capture key action items, and help teams execute against them.

  • Support cross-functional teams in solving operational challenges and removing blockers.

  • Analyze campaign, operational, and performance data to identify insights, trends, and recommendations.

  • Use AI tools and other technology to improve analysis, execution speed, reporting, research, and operational workflows.

  • Identify recurring operational patterns across teams and proactively recommend process improvements.

  • Coordinate and support the execution of initiatives across marketing, admissions, partnerships, schools, and other business functions.

  • Partner with teams across different markets to ensure accountability, momentum, and operational consistency.

  • Take increasing ownership of operational initiatives over time, with a clear growth path into broader operations management responsibilities.

What You Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Operations, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.

  • 2–5 years of experience in startup operations, strategy, project coordination, management consulting, or similar analytical/execution-focused roles.

  • Must have prior experience in a startup, high-growth company, consulting environment, or operationally intensive role

  • Strong familiarity with AI tools and workflows, with the proven ability to leverage AI to improve productivity, analysis, and execution.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and execute in fast-paced environments.

  • Excellent organizational and follow-through skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Comfortable working across multiple teams, stakeholders, and markets simultaneously.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • High level of ownership, initiative, and intellectual curiosity.

Why This Role?

This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, gain exposure across multiple business functions and markets, and build a strong foundation in strategic and operational leadership within a fast-growing environment.

For the right person, this role can evolve into broader operational ownership and leadership over time.

Craydel’s Values

  1. We are learner-obsessed

    • We put learners first in everything we do.

  2. We do more with less

    • We stretch ourselves and our budgets to accomplish more with less.

  3. We think in solutions

    • We know there are many obstacles in building a world-class start-up. That’s why we commit to identifying potential solutions every time we face a challenge.

  4. We are performance-driven

    • We hold ourselves accountable to achieve our KPIs.

  5. We are stronger together

    • We know that while each activity has an owner, we all depend on each other to achieve our key results.

Craydel’s Anti-Values (Who We are Not)

  1. We are not a 9-to-5 organisation. We have to do whatever it takes to get the job done. Putting learners first often means meeting them on evenings and weekends.

  2. We are not a remote culture. All departments must work closely together to achieve our goals, so we value in-person collaboration.

  3. We do not make excuses. If something isn’t getting done, we do it ourselves.

Learn more at envoy.com

About the role

Envoy is transforming how companies manage and experience the workplace. As an Enterprise AE, you’ll own a strategic territory of large accounts (10,000+ employees) and run complex, multi-threaded sales cycles across IT, Security, Workplace, and executive stakeholders. This role is built for a modern enterprise seller: intellectually curious, outcome-driven, and able to operate like a GM—balancing in-quarter execution with next-quarter pipeline creation, and selling a platform (not a point product) that delivers measurable business impact.

This is a remote, field-based position that requires regular in-market presence, including customer meetings, events, and other business activities within your assigned territory, and will account for >50% of your time.

You will

  • Own and grow a named territory across net-new logo acquisition and expansion, with clear accountability to pipeline, forecast, and revenue outcomes.

  • Operate on a two-quarter cadence: run tight in-quarter execution/forecasting while building next-quarter pipeline with consistency.

  • Lead the full enterprise sales cycle: outbound prospecting, qualification, discovery, solution mapping, executive alignment, close planning, and procurement execution.

  • Sell the Envoy platform through value and business outcomes—build ROI narratives, align to strategic initiatives, and anchor to measurable impact.

  • Drive executive and multi-threaded selling: map buying committees, build power, develop champions, and maintain multiple stakeholder paths to close.

  • Build and execute account plans informed by data (ICP fit, signals, conversion rates), iterating based on what works.

  • Leverage the extended team (BDR, SE, CS, Marketing, Product, Channel/Partners) to create leverage and generate results—without waiting for help.

  • Develop partner/channel relationships to source, influence, and accelerate deals where ecosystem leverage matters.

  • Apply MEDDPICC (or similar) with real rigor to qualify, diagnose risk, and drive clean execution across 6-figure+ opportunities.

  • Help shape our Enterprise motion—this isn’t plug-and-play; you’ll bring ideas, structure, and operating discipline to improve how we sell.

You have

  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience, including 3+ years in enterprise (complex orgs, long cycles, multi-stakeholder deals).

  • A consistent track record of quota attainment, with evidence of owning outcomes (not just participating in them).

  • A strong outbound motion you can describe and measure—your pipeline does not depend on inbound, brand, or luck.

  • Experience closing and expanding $100K+ ACV deals; comfort with multi-year agreements and negotiating give/get.

  • Demonstrated ability to sell to executives and navigate procurement/legal with structure and confidence.

  • Business acumen and curiosity: you learn industries quickly, bring a point of view, and aspire to be a trusted advisor in the workplace/IT ecosystem.

  • Comfort operating with ambiguity, strong judgment, and high accountability—you own your number like a founder owns a business.

  • Familiarity with technology ecosystems (integrations, adjacent systems, partners) and how they impact deal strategy.

Bonus points if you

  • Have repeatedly won in cold or lightly-covered territories (built pipeline, created demand, closed without heavy enablement).

  • Can articulate your forecasting and operating cadence, including how you maintain accuracy while building NQ.

  • Have a repeatable pattern for multi-threading and champion development (including how you test influence).

  • Have used partners/channels to co-sell, source pipeline, or accelerate enterprise deals.

  • Are data-driven about improvement (ICP focus, funnel math, conversion rates, cycle time).

  • Bring low ego and high standards—collaborative, direct, and committed to raising the bar.

You’ll get

  • A category-defining product adopted by global brands.

  • A high-trust culture built on autonomy and accountability.

  • Strong support teams and modern sales tooling—without sacrificing ownership.

  • A clear opportunity to help define and scale Envoy’s Enterprise motion.

By applying for this position, you acknowledge that you have fully read and understand the job requirements and received the Envoy Privacy Notice for applicants, which is linked here. Completing this application requires you to provide personal data, such as your name and contact information, which is mandatory for Envoy to process your application. AI/Agent Engineer

Vega Srl
London, United Kingdom
Full Time

Location: London

Office attendance: 4 days per week in-office (Paddington)

About the company

Vega is an early-stage startup. There's no playbook, limited structure, and the expectations are high. You will own what you build, move fast with limited hand-holding, and be expected to go beyond the job description when it matters.

This is not a 9 to 5. The problems are genuinely hard and the bar is high. But the people who thrive here leave a real mark on the product, the company, and an industry that's long overdue for change.

If you want structure, clear scope, and a predictable pace, this isn't the right place. If you want to do the best work of your career and actually see it matter, keep reading…

Vega is unlocking scale for alternative asset managers. Private markets are shaping into one of the most influential forces in the global economy over the coming decades, with more than $20 trillion in AuM today and expected to already triple by 2032. Today, the industry is at an inflection point as it enters an era of hyper-growth, increased complexity, and brand-new demands. To competitively service and scale their client base across the entire investment lifecycle, managers need a technological transformation. Vega is delivering the industry’s purpose-built infrastructure with AltOS – the AI-powered client & distribution operating system for alternatives.

Vega’s founding team consists of alternatives specialists from KKR, Blackstone, Elliott, and Goldman Sachs, along with top product and engineering talent from successful fintech scale-ups like Revolut and Trade Republic. Who we are looking for

Not a CV. A track record of building things.

We want someone who has spent the last couple of years obsessing over what AI can actually do. Someone who has the projects, repos, or products to show for it. You might be a recent grad or self-taught. You might have three years of experience or seven. What matters is that you have shipped interesting things, you think from first principles, and you get restless when you are not building something.

If you have built an LLM-powered tool people actually use, fine-tuned a model for a niche domain, designed an agent pipeline that does something genuinely useful, or hacked together something at a hackathon that made people stop and pay attention, we want to hear from you.

We are hiring multiple engineers for this role.

What you will do

  • AI features: Design and build AI-powered features across AltOS, spanning agents, document intelligence, workflow automation, and more

  • Prototype to production: Work closely with product and senior leadership to move ideas from concept to shipped product, fast

  • End-to-end ownership: Take full responsibility for problems across scoping, architecture, shipping, and iteration

  • AI practice: Help define how Vega uses AI across the platform; this is a foundational role, not a feature-ticket role

  • Field awareness: Stay close to what's happening in AI research and tooling, and bring what matters back to the team

Technologies

  • AI & LLM: AWS Bedrock, Antrophic SDK, RAG with Bedrock Knowledge Bases, Multi-agent orchestration,

  • Back-end: Java 21, Spring Boot, REST, Postgres/Jooq/Flyway, JUnit/TestContainers/Mockito, AWS (EC2, RDS, Cognito, S3, KMS), Containerization (Docker / kubernetes)

  • Front-end: TypeScript, React, and Tailwind CSS

  • Cloud & Infra: AWS (Bedrock, S3, KMS, SQS, CloudFront, Cognito, RDS), Kubernetes, Helm, GitHub Actions, Docker

Why join us?

  • A genuinely foundational AI role at a well-funded, fast-moving company

  • High autonomy and trust, with a direct impact on how Vega delivers value for clients

  • Competitive salary and equity package

  • Benefits include private health insurance, sports allowance, L&D budget, and more

Cyber Security Engineer

Checkout.com
London, United Kingdom
Full Time

Company Description

We’re Checkout.com. You might not know our name, but companies like eBay, Spotify, Klarna, Uber, and Sony do, because we’re behind many of the digital experiences you use every day.

We are where the world checks out, enabling over 10 billion transactions daily for more than one billion global shoppers.

Whether you want to book a holiday, order food, renew a subscription, or check out online, there’s a good chance our tech powers the payments behind the scenes. Our platform helps the most ambitious businesses deliver effortless digital experiences, at scale.

If you want to do career-defining work, you’ve come to the right place. We move fast, think globally, and believe great teams are built by hiring exceptional people with conviction, curiosity, and the desire to make an impact.

With 20 offices across six continents and London as our HQ, we’re shaping the future of fintech – and we’re just getting started.

The role

This role will be responsible for supporting design & implementation of AI-enabled capabilities across Checkout, while ensuring AI technologies are deployed in a safe, governed, and resilient manner. The successful candidate will work closely with Engineering, Data Governance, GRC, and business teams to embed security into AI systems, assess AI-related risks, and help the organisation adopt AI securely at scale.

As a Cyber Security Engineer I, you will act as the bridge between cyber security and emerging AI technologies. You will help shape how Checkout secures AI tools, models, data pipelines, and supporting infrastructure, while also identifying opportunities to use AI to strengthen cyber defence capabilities.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who understands modern security engineering and has a strong interest in AI/ML technologies, LLMs, automation, and risk management.

What you’ll be responsible for

  • Design and implement security controls for AI and machine learning solutions, including LLM-based applications, model integrations, and supporting cloud infrastructure.

  • Assess the security, privacy, and compliance risks associated with AI systems, including model misuse, prompt injection, data leakage, insecure plugins, over-permissioned access, and third-party AI services.

  • Develop standards, guardrails, and reference architectures for the secure use of AI across the organisation.

  • Review AI use cases, architectures, and deployments to ensure alignment with cyber security policies, regulatory requirements, and internal governance expectations.

  • Build and maintain monitoring, detection, and response capabilities for AI-related threats and misuse scenarios.

  • Identify opportunities to use AI to enhance cyber security operations, such as alert triage, threat analysis, playbook automation, knowledge retrieval, and workflow optimisation.

  • Stay current on evolving risks, attack techniques, regulations, and industry practices related to AI security and AI governance (inline with EU AI Act, ISO42001)

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in cyber security engineering, security architecture, or a related security role.

  • Strong understanding of core security domains such as identity and access management, cloud security, application security, data protection, logging and monitoring, and incident response.

  • Knowledge of AI/ML and LLM concepts, including model deployment patterns, APIs, embeddings, vector stores, prompt handling, and common AI security risks.

  • Experience securing cloud environments and modern development workflows in platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

  • Familiarity with security risks relevant to AI systems, including prompt injection, data exfiltration, insecure model access, supply chain risks, model poisoning, and sensitive data exposure.

  • Experience conducting architecture reviews, threat modelling, and security assessments for complex technical solutions.

  • Ability to translate technical risk into clear, practical guidance for both engineering and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work across cyber security, engineering, data, legal, and business teams.

  • A proactive mindset, with the ability to operate in a fast-moving area where standards and best practices continue to evolve.

Incident Response Engineer

Checkout.com

The role

This role exists to ensure security incidents are rare, contained, and unsurprising.

You will own the technical direction of security incident response and response readiness across the company. When a serious incident occurs, you lead from the front — investigating, containing, and driving resolution with calm authority. When incidents are not happening, you are actively eliminating the conditions that would cause the next one.

This is not a role for someone who waits for alerts. It is for someone who constantly asks “what will break next, and why?” — and then fixes that problem before an attacker finds it.

You will operate across endpoint, identity, cloud, and SaaS environments, working closely with Security Operations, IT, and Engineering to reduce real risk, not theoretical risk.

What you’ll be responsible for

Incident Response & Technical Leadership

  • Leading the end-to-end technical response to high-severity security incidents

  • Owning investigation, containment, eradication, and recovery activities

  • Acting as the senior technical authority during live incidents

  • Providing clear, decisive guidance to Security Operations under pressure

  • Coordinating response across endpoint, identity, cloud, and SaaS platforms

  • Supplying executives, legal, and risk stakeholders with accurate technical context and impact assessments

  • Ensuring incidents are driven to resolution, not just stabilised

Response Readiness & Proactive Risk Reduction

  • Designing, maintaining, and continuously improving incident response playbooks and runbooks

  • Identifying systemic weaknesses that increase incident likelihood or blast radius, including:

    • Unpatched or inconsistently patched systems

    • Exposed services and misconfigurations

    • Degraded or ineffective controls

  • Using SIEM and security tooling to prioritise patching and vulnerability risk based on real exposure and exploitability, not CVSS scores alone

  • Partnering with IT, Cloud, and Engineering teams to drive remediation based on business risk

  • Tracking remediation through to completion and validating effectiveness post-fix

Learning, Detection, and Maturity

  • Turning incidents, near-misses, and exposure findings into:

    • Improved detections

    • Stronger preventative controls

    • Faster and less disruptive response

  • Driving readiness through simulations, tabletop exercises, and scenario testing

  • Raising the overall maturity of the Cyber Security function by pushing advanced response and exposure management practices into BAU operations

What we’re looking for

  • Proven, hands-on experience leading response to real security incidents

  • Strong investigation capability across endpoint, identity, and cloud environments

  • Demonstrated experience prioritising vulnerability or patching risk in large, complex estates

  • Ability to remain decisive and effective during incidents, and analytical between them

  • Clear communicator who can influence outcomes without needing direct ownership of every fix

  • Pragmatic mindset: reduce risk first, optimise later

  • DFIR, forensics, or malware analysis experience

  • Proven ability to correlate vulnerability data with runtime telemetry and attacker behaviour to drive actionable risk reduction

  • Cloud-first incident response or exposure management experience

  • Exposure to compliance-driven security requirements

  • Experience working alongside vulnerability scanning platforms without being constrained by them
