Hire Hangar

Senior Technical PM – Mobile & App Store

Hire Hangar
San Francisco, United States
Full Time

Join Hire Hangar and work with fast-growing global companies while building a long-term, remote career.

Job Title Senior Technical PM – Mobile & App Store

Location Remote

Time Zone Flexible / Aligned to HQ Time Zone

Role Overview We need a Senior Technical PM who has lived and breathed the mobile consumer space — someone who knows what it takes to build apps that people love, navigate the App Store with ease, and ship with the kind of technical credibility that earns the trust of great engineering teams.

This role is about ownership. You will drive the mobile product roadmap, work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineers on technical decisions, and bring a sharp B2C lens to everything from onboarding flows to AI-enhanced core features. If you have grown comfortable sitting in meetings without a clear opinion or waiting for someone else to define the technical direction, this role is not for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the mobile product roadmap with a clear focus on consumer engagement, retention, and delight

  • Lead App Store strategy — including release planning, guideline compliance, and submission management

  • Work directly with engineering to review technical approaches, contribute to architecture discussions, and write specs that leave no room for ambiguity

  • Identify, scope, and deliver AI-powered features that meaningfully improve the consumer experience

  • Define success metrics and hold the team accountable to measurable outcomes

  • Collaborate with design on consumer-facing UX, ensuring technical constraints are balanced with user experience goals

  • Communicate product strategy clearly to stakeholders at all levels

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in the Cosmetics / Beauty Industry is a big win!

  • Proven track record as a Senior PM or above, with a focus on consumer mobile products

  • Deep, hands-on familiarity with the iOS App Store — not just awareness, but real operational experience

  • Must be able to code in Python or Java — this will be assessed as part of the process

  • Experience shipping AI or ML features in a consumer product

  • Strong B2C product instincts — you understand consumers, not just users

  • Experience in an early-stage product environment where structure is built, not inherited

  • Must have prior remote work experience and be fluent with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, or similar)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing App Store Optimisation (ASO) as part of a broader growth strategy

  • Background in consumer subscription or freemium business models

  • Familiarity with mobile CI/CD pipelines and release tooling

  • Experience working closely with data science or ML teams

Tools & Technology

  • Python / Java

  • iOS ecosystem (App Store Connect, TestFlight, Xcode familiarity)

  • Mobile analytics (Firebase, Amplitude, or similar)

  • AI/ML APIs and tooling

  • Linear, Jira, or similar project management tools

  • Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace

Please Note It is crucial that you complete the application form in full. As part of the application process, you will be required to complete a short technical assessment. If your application is successful, you will receive an email confirming next steps. Applications that are not completed in full will not be considered for any open roles.

We connect top talent with vetted employers, competitive pay, and real growth opportunities.

Metriport

Software Engineer, Internal Tools

Metriport
San Francisco, United States
Full Time

Software Engineer, Internal Tools

Metriport is an open-source data intelligence platform that helps healthcare organizations access and exchange patient data in real-time. We integrate with all major US healthcare IT systems and tap into comprehensive medical data for 300+ million individuals.

We've found product-market fit with multi-million ARR, 100+ customers (including Amazon, Color, and Strive Health), backing from top VCs, and years of runway. We're ready to scale. We're a tight-knit, high-performing team of mostly former founders (including two YC alumni). We're engineering-heavy, operate with minimal bureaucracy and high autonomy, and hire based on competence, not prestige. We push hard—founders work six days a week from our SF office—but give everyone freedom to craft their schedule. We measure output and we're committed to sustainable intensity.

About You

You're obsessed with automating repetitive tasks — your first instinct when you see a manual process is "how do I make this run by itself?" At Metriport, you'll own the internal tooling that keeps our company moving fast. You'll spot the friction, build the fix, and ship it — without waiting to be asked.

  • You're entrepreneurial-minded, with the drive to push work forward even when it's not anyone else's top priority.

  • You have strong interpersonal skills and are comfortable working directly with stakeholders across Eng, Ops, and business teams to understand their needs and translate them into working solutions.

  • You're a hacker at heart — you get excited about wiring together services that weren't built to talk to each other, and you know how to make it work securely and at scale.

  • You keep security top of mind. We work with sensitive healthcare data, and you treat that seriously — vetting third-party integrations, applying least-privilege thinking, and never cutting corners that could expose PHI.

  • You follow the AI tooling space closely and try to use it to solve real business problems, but you have the judgment to know what's appropriate for an enterprise context and what's a hard no.

  • You care about outcomes over elegance. A Slack bot that saves the Ops team an hour a day is worth more than a perfect abstraction nobody uses.

What You'll Be Doing

After ramping up on our internal tools and workflows, you'll own the systems that make our teams more efficient and more secure. Day to day, this looks like:

  • Automating cross functional processes: many of our internal processes are still manual and error prone; you'll work with non-engineering functions at Metriport to automate away their friction within the company

  • Building Automations End-to-End: Designing and shipping integrations between our internal and third-party systems — from scoping the requirement with a stakeholder, to deploying a working solution, to making sure it doesn't break quietly.

  • Improving Developer Experience and Onboarding: Automating local environment setup for new engineers, improving CICD speed, reducing the time-to-productive from hours to minutes.

  • Evaluating and Adopting New Tools: Researching integration platforms (Zapier, n8n, Make, etc.) and AI productivity tools, working with the Security team to assess their security posture, and rolling them out in a way that meets our compliance requirements.

  • Reporting: Automating recurring reports by pulling from AWS Athena, REST APIs, and other data sources — so the team gets accurate data without manual effort every month.

  • Team alignment: Participating in a daily 30-minute remote standup at 7:30 AM PST Mon–Fri (our only regular mandatory meeting).

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a software engineering, automation, or internal tools role — ideally at a startup where you wore multiple hats.

  • TypeScript proficiency: Our entire stack is TypeScript. You write clean, maintainable TS without hand-holding.

  • React proficiency: Our internal operations tool is React-based. You can build and extend UI components to surface new workflows.

  • Integration experience: Hands-on experience connecting APIs, webhooks, and third-party services. You deeply understand REST, OAuth, mTLS, websockets and other integration technologies and know when and how to use them.

  • Security-aware mindset: You understand what it means to handle sensitive data responsibly — secrets management, scoped permissions, secure credential storage. You don't need to be told to think about this.

  • Self-directed: You're comfortable working on projects where you're the only one tracking progress. You create urgency for yourself.

  • Location: San Francisco / Bay Area (or willing to relocate).

Nice to Have

  • Experience building internal dashboards, admin tooling, or ops automation in a B2B SaaS environment.

  • Familiarity with our tooling ecosystem: AWS (Athena, Lambda, etc.), Slack, GitHub Actions, Pylon, PostHog, GSuite.

  • Experience with integration platforms like Zapier, n8n, or Make.

  • Exposure to healthcare data (FHIR, HL7, PHI handling) — understanding the stakes is a significant advantage.

  • Experience using LLMs or AI agents to automate workflows (prompt engineering, API integration, tool use).

Benefits

  • Competitive equity + compensation package 🚀

  • Full family Platinum health insurance, dental, and vision coverage 🦷

  • 401(k) retirement plan + matching 💰

  • Flexible work from home or in-office 🏢

  • Healthy lunches are complimentary when working in-office (and breakfast + dinners as needed) 🍏

  • Quarterly company off-sites with the team ⛷️

  • MacBook provided by us 💻

  • Unlimited PTO (we work hard, but trust you to take time you need to be at your best) 🧘‍♂️

Our tech

On the frontend, we use React - on the backend, we rely on Node.js and TypeScript for writing core business logic. We use AWS cloud services and manage our infrastructure as code with AWS CDK. Data lives in PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, S3, Snowflake, FHIR server, and more. Our Ops teams use the main tools/services used by successful startups. We are looking for a generalist who can help us scale the company.

Metriport provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetics, sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression. We are committed to a diverse and inclusive workforce and welcome people from all backgrounds, experiences, perspectives, and abilities.

Primer

Market Manager - Florida

Primer
Miami, United States
Full Time

About Primer

Primer is a growing network of K–8 schools restoring the timeless foundations of American education. Inspired by the original teaching primers that shaped a nation of readers, thinkers, and builders, our schools begin with what has always worked, and build for what lies ahead. Close-knit learning environments. Skilled educators. A culture that takes kids seriously as learners and leaders.

Primers shaped the first 200 years of American children. Primer will ready them for the next.

About the role

We’re hiring a Market Manager in Florida: a high impact role that serves as Primer's leader within a market and reports to the Florida General Manager. You'll be accountable for the growth and educational operations of Primer in Florida.

We're looking for an executor with an education leadership background who is comfortable operating in high opacity environments and keeping multiple balls in the air. You'll be launching new Primers, supporting existing Primers, driving enrollment growth, and generally ensuring that we’re meeting the Primer standard for students and families across Florida. And finally, because this role is new, you'll have an opportunity to help design the role, build playbooks, and influence what success looks like for future hires.

You might spend your morning working with the real estate team to evaluate a new location, your mid-day modeling active monitoring for new Primer Leaders and providing live feedback, your afternoon re-designing the pickup/drop-off plan for an existing campus, and your early evening hosting an Open House at a new campus.

As our footprint in Florida grows, this role will continue to evolve and you will evolve with it. What we're trying to do is extremely hard – there's a reason it hasn't been done before. There's a good chance this role will be the hardest work of your life. If you find that slightly-daunting-but-exciting, this might be the role for you.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure Primers across Florida are meeting the Primer standard across all dimensions.

  • Own educational quality across all Florida campuses — with a primary focus on the academic program and the development and support of Primer Leaders.

  • Partner with real estate, education, operations, marketing, and admissions teams to ensure the success of every Primer within a region of Florida.

  • Launch new Primer campuses end-to-end, from location evaluation to opening day operations.

  • Drive student growth by testing new local strategies. When they work, you'll help playbook the ideas so they can be leveraged in every city.

  • Design and iterate on operational systems (logistics, scheduling, communications) that make campuses run better.

  • Own many of Primer's local relationships, including families and leaders in the education community.

What We're Looking For

  • You're a builder and self-starter. You don't need to be told what to do. You have experience navigating ambiguity and creating scalable systems out of chaos.

  • You can execute at a fast pace while holding a high bar for quality. This may sound a bit cliche, but it's incredibly important.

  • Experience in education leadership, ideally within a physical school environment as a Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, or Principal.

  • Past accountability to aggressive growth, revenue, margin, and expansion targets.

  • Proven ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.

  • A generalist willing to roll up their sleeves and get stuff done – both in the weeds and at the strategic level.

  • Experience disrupting the status quo - either with new school models, new policies, or something else that removes constraints and drives innovation.

Why this role may not be a fit

  • You do your best work in structured environments. There is no established playbook here — for the role or the company. You'll be writing it while strategy shifts and priorities evolve around you. If that sounds exhausting rather than energizing, this isn't the right fit right now.

  • You prefer to specialize. This role demands genuine comfort toggling between strategic decisions and operational detail — sometimes in the same hour. If you'd rather go deep on one function, this won't feel like a fit.

  • You prefer a fully remote, hands off environment. Primer is a consumer-facing education business. Evenings, weekends, and nontraditional hours — Travel and attendance to open houses, school events, parent meetings — are part of the rhythm, not the exception.

Primer is a mission-first company. We believe our mission is the highest-leverage way we can create positive change. In service of that, we keep work centered on mission execution and avoid social or political activism at work that’s unrelated to the mission. If that energizes you, we’d love to see you apply.

Full Time

About Big Leap Health:

Big Leap Health’s mission is to transform access to mental healthcare by empowering clinics to easily launch and scale interventional psychiatry practices, specializing in cutting-edge treatments such as Spravato (esketamine) and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS). We're building a new standard of care by providing comprehensive operational, administrative, and clinical support, enabling psychiatrists to focus on delivering effective, life-changing treatments.

Founded by industry leaders in mental health and healthcare technology, Big Leap Health is backed by top-tier investors and driven by a commitment to radically improving patient outcomes through innovative therapies.

Join us in pioneering the future of mental health.

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and solutions-oriented Senior Specialty Benefit Navigator, adept at navigating prior authorizations, intricate pharmacy logistics, clinical protocols, and evolving payer requirements. This role ensures seamless patient access to vital treatments, including cutting-edge depression therapies like Spravato and TMS, by expertly resolving escalated prior authorization (PA) challenges, optimizing patient coverage across medical and pharmacy benefits, streamlining complex pharmacy fulfillment workflows, and fostering direct collaboration with payers, PBMs, and partners. You are the critical point of intervention, transforming obstacles into actionable solutions and ensuring continuity of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own escalations end‑to‑end: Lead resolution of complex PAs, denials, step therapy overrides, tier exceptions, continuation‑of‑therapy, and reauthorization timelines to keep treatment on schedule.

  • Navigate benefits expertly: Determine the correct coverage path across medical vs. pharmacy benefits, formulary status, HCPCS/CPT coding, site‑of‑care, and specialty classification; advise partners on buy‑and‑bill vs. pharmacy fulfillment.

  • Direct payer/PBM advocacy: Conduct targeted outreach to plans and PBMs to expedite decisions, correct errors, and secure patient access; prepare and submit clinical criteria summaries and appeals packets as needed.

  • Clinic and provider support: Interface with clinicians and partner staff to identify missing documentation, clarify criteria, and align on next steps; coordinate with pharmacies for shipment, copay confirmation, and consent.

  • Documentation and systems: Maintain precise status, outcomes, and next steps in EHR/CRM/Airtable; ensure audit‑ready records across all cases.

  • Quality and mentorship: Coach BPO team members, perform case QA, and contribute to SOPs, checklists, and templates.

  • Insights and improvement: Track payer behavior and bottlenecks, propose fixes, and partner with leadership on process and tooling improvements.

What You Bring:

  • 4-6+ years in a healthcare operations, case management, or revenue cycle role, preferably in behavioral health, specialty pharmacy, or prior authorization

  • Strong familiarity with payer policies, clinical documentation, and pharmacy workflows (e.g., step therapy, prior authorizations, ICD-10 criteria)

  • Clear and concise communicator—written and verbal—with strong documentation skills

  • Proven ability to stay calm and solution-focused while juggling competing priorities

  • Self-directed with a “get it done” mindset and high ownership over work product

  • Bonus: Experience working with Spravato, TMS, or similar high-touch behavioral health treatments

Why This Role Matters:

You’re not just checking boxes—you’re the reason patients get access to care when bureaucracy says “no.” You ensure that providers, partners, and payers have the information they need, when they need it, to keep treatment moving forward.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Salary: An annual salary range of $60,000 - $70,000, commensurate with your experience and location.

  • Meaningful Equity: A stock option package, because we believe everyone should have a stake in the success we're building together.

  • Comprehensive Health Coverage: A full benefits package that includes high-quality medical, dental, and vision insurance to support your well-being.

Senior Mechanical Engineer

Endurance Energy Corporation
Seattle, United States
Full Time

About Endurance

Endurance is building the world's first modular subsea geothermal power plants, converting vast thermal resources under the ocean into gigawatts of baseload power. Backed by First Round Capital and Point72 Ventures, our founding team includes veterans from SpaceX, Helion, and Robinhood. We have completed multiple deep ocean deployments and are launching our generation pilot this year. By leveraging manufacturing scale, efficient drilling, and latent cooling on the seafloor, we are pioneering a new category of energy that outperforms traditional sources on both environmental impact and cost.

What you'll be doing

As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will own critical mechanical systems within our seafloor power plants. These systems must survive high pressure, corrosion, thermal cycling, mechanical loads, and long deployment durations in saltwater environments. You will design and deliver pressure-tolerant structures, thermal systems, fluid interfaces, deployment hardware, and mechanical subsystems that operate reliably on the ocean floor. This role blends rigorous analysis with hands-on hardware development.

You will take ambiguous, high-risk mechanical systems including pressure vessels, structural frames, thermal interfaces, fluid systems, and deployment hardware and drive them from first principles to offshore deployment. This role requires deep mechanical intuition and extreme ownership. You will architect systems, design parts, release drawings, build prototypes, run tests, break hardware, and iterate until the system works reliably. If a machine fails on the seafloor, you will feel responsible for fixing it permanently.

We are looking for someone who has personally built hardware, debugged mechanical failures in the lab or field, and understands the difference between a clean CAD model and a system operating in a harsh environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and design critical mechanical systems from concept through offshore deployment

  • Perform first-principles analysis of loads, thermal behavior, sealing strategies, and failure modes

  • Design pressure-tolerant hardware, structural systems, and thermal interfaces for subsea environments

  • Develop robust sealing and corrosion mitigation strategies for long-duration saltwater exposure

  • Design assemblies including pressure housings, structural frames, fluid systems, and deployment mechanisms

  • Create detailed 3D CAD models, drawings, and tolerance stacks for complex hardware

  • Build and test prototypes to validate mechanical performance and uncover failure modes

  • Design and execute qualification tests including pressure testing, fatigue testing, thermal cycling, and corrosion exposure

  • Investigate hardware failures and implement permanent design improvements

  • Work directly with fabricators and suppliers to build hardware quickly and correctly

  • Collaborate with electrical, drilling, and subsea systems teams to ensure clean system integration

  • Participate in sea trials and field deployments to validate hardware performance

Qualifications

  • 6+ years designing and delivering complex mechanical systems in demanding environments

  • Demonstrated ownership of hardware from early concept through testing and deployment

  • Strong first-principles understanding of mechanics, materials, thermal systems, and failure modes

  • Deep proficiency in 3D CAD and mechanical design of complex assemblies

  • Experience designing hardware for harsh environments (subsea, aerospace, automotive, energy, robotics, etc.)

  • Proven ability to debug mechanical failures through testing and root-cause analysis

  • Strong intuition for structural load paths, sealing strategies, corrosion mitigation, and thermal management

  • Comfort working hands-on with hardware in a lab or shop environment

  • Ability to move quickly, close loops, and make good engineering decisions under uncertainty

  • High ownership mentality and accountability for system performance and reliability

Benefits & Perks

  • Global Fieldwork: Travel to fascinating deployment sites along oceanic ridges in locations like the Pacific Northwest, Hawaii, Iceland, Japan, New Zealand, and the Azores

  • Hands-on Experience: Participate in sea trials and deployment operations in partnership with leading oceanographic institutions

  • Cutting-edge Development: Work with technology that spans high-power electronics, marine systems, and clean energy

  • Impactful Work: Help solve one of the world's most pressing challenges

  • Competitive Compensation: Comprehensive salary (150K-250K) and equity packages

  • Benefits: Vision, Dental, Health insurance coverage

  • Dive Certification: Company-sponsored recreational dive certification

Business Operations and Special Projects

Mind Robotics
Palo Alto, United States
Full Time

About Mind Robotics

Mind Robotics is building the full-stack platform for AI-enabled industrial robotics, the foundation models, purpose-built hardware, and deployment infrastructure to automate the manufacturing work that has resisted automation for decades. We were founded by RJ Scaringe in 2025, with $615M raised from Eclipse, Accel, and Andreessen Horowitz, and a strategic partnership with Rivian. Our first robots go into Rivian's plant this year. The scale of what we're building from there is large.

We keep the team small and we keep the bar high. The people who thrive here are the ones who can figure out what needs to exist, build it, and move on to the next thing - without waiting to be told what that is.

The Role

BizOps at Mind Robotics is not a support function. It's how the company solves the problems that don't belong to any single team yet, and makes sure the operational infrastructure keeps pace with how fast we're growing.

You'll work directly with the Head of Strategy & BizOps, flexing into whatever is highest priority across domains. One month that might be the financial model behind a major vendor decision, the next it's standing up a new function from scratch or the market analysis that shapes where we expand next. You'll move fluidly from high-level strategy to the nitty-gritty blocking and tackling of actually building things, often in the same week. The expectation is that you'll figure out what needs to happen and make it happen, with minimal direction and a high bar for output.

This is a role for someone who has seen how excellent strategy and operations work gets done at a high-caliber organization, and is ready to apply that rigor in an environment where the stakes are real and the playbook doesn't exist yet.

What You'll Work On

The projects will vary (by design). Some examples of the kind of work you'd own:

  • Standing up new functions and operational areas: identifying what the business needs next and building the structure, process, and tooling from scratch

  • Financial modeling and analysis: scenario planning, headcount modeling, unit economics, and the quantitative foundation behind major decisions

  • Cross-functional problem-solving: the high-priority work that spans hardware, software, and data teams and needs someone with a higher-level lens to drive it to resolution

  • Strategic research and analysis: market landscape, competitive benchmarking, synthesizing data into clear recommendations that inform where we go next

  • Operational buildout: vendor selection, policy frameworks, systems decisions that don't fit neatly into any one team's scope

Qualifications

Background

  • 5+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a high-intensity BizOps or strategy role at a tech or hardware company. Recent MBA graduates or candidates graduating summer 2026 welcome; equally interested in candidates who went straight into the work.

  • Strong analytical toolkit: you can build a model, structure an ambiguous problem, and translate the output into a clear recommendation.

  • Excellent written communication: you write clearly, concisely, and without jargon. You can convey complicated, ambiguous topics in simple, persuasive terms for teammates, cross-functional partners, and leadership.

What Sets You Apart

  • You default to figuring things out, not waiting to be told how. You flex into different domains based on what the business needs, not what's comfortable.

  • You're comfortable operating with incomplete information and you know when to move and when to ask.

  • You have genuine intellectual curiosity about how businesses and systems work -- and a specific interest in physical AI, robotics, or hardware-software systems.

  • You don't need structure to be productive and you don't create bureaucracy to feel busy.

  • You can go from high-level strategy to the nitty-gritty blocking and tackling of actually building things, and you don't consider either beneath you.

Director, Customer Implementation

Neara
New York, United States
Full Time

Imagine having the power to stress-test an entire power grid against a hurricane or thunderstorm before the clouds even gather. That is the reality we are creating at Neara.

We use advanced machine learning to create engineering-grade, physics enabled digital twins of electricity grids across four continents, this helps asset owners understand their biggest challenges and bring the most viable solutions to life across millions of kilometres of infrastructure.

By simulating extreme weather and structural stress at a network-wide scale, we empower the world’s largest utilities to pinpoint risks, optimise investments and build a more resilient global energy future.

Our team is a collection of brilliant minds who are fanatical about making a tangible difference in the real world, utilising AI and machine learning to accelerate everything from data classification to complex scenario analysis. We have built a special culture where innovation thrives because everyone owns the mission and we need smart, creative people to help us scale this impact to every corner of the globe.

We are seeking a leader who thrives at the intersection of complex project management, high-touch customer success and strategic consulting. This is a role for an orchestrator—someone who can take full ownership of high-stakes enterprise accounts, navigating technical work streams and demanding stakeholders with total autonomy.

You will lead a small team of elite technical contributors. While you don't need to be the deepest coder in the room, you must possess the technical intuition to validate solutions, identify inefficiencies and ensure your team is delivering at their highest potential. Your mission is simple: move the needle for the customer. You aren't here to manage a contract, you are here to solve the real problem.

Core responsibilities:

  • Account strategy: Develop and maintain a "living" account strategy. You define the what, why and how, ensuring the team remains aligned on long-term objectives rather than just ticking boxes.

  • Value-driven delivery: Shift the focus from hitting milestones to realizing actual business value. You are accountable for ensuring the customer is materially better off because of our platform.

  • Team leadership: Mentor and challenge a team of technical ICs. You will unblock their workflows, hold them to high standards and coach them through high-stakes customer interactions.

  • Organisational navigation: Master the internal politics of enterprise environments. You will map influence, build multi-level relationships and navigate complex stakeholder landscapes to drive consensus. This is a core part of the job, not a nice-to-have.

  • Decisive judgment: You will know when to escalate and when to handle it yourself. When things go wrong, you will stay calm, diagnose fast and act. You’ll remain calm under pressure and take corrective action without waiting for external direction.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven delivery record: You have successfully navigated high-pressure, complex implementations. You’ve seen things go wrong, learned from the experience and know how to course-correct effectively.

  • Technical credibility: You have led teams with strong technical ICs. You earned their respect, not by out-coding them, but by being sharp, direct and useful. You know how to get the best out of people who have high expertise in specific domains.

  • Exceptional problem solving: You can structure ambiguous challenges and provide clear, actionable recommendations under pressure. You can do this for operational and organisational challenges as readily as technical ones.

  • Adaptive learning: You have a demonstrated ability to master new industries or domains at an accelerated pace.

  • Radical independence: You are a self-starter who prioritises alignment over permission. You thrive in environments with high autonomy and low hand-holding.

Who you are:

  • Startup operators: Former CEOs, COOs, Heads of Delivery, or senior generalists from technical product companies operating in highly complex environments.

  • Engagement Managers: Senior consultants who have led technical delivery from strategy through to execution. You are an SME on implementation not just strategy.

  • Technical Program Leads: Leaders who have managed cross-functional teams on high-stakes, large-scale implementations. You can develop people around you, not just co-ordinate them.

Things to note:

  • Location: We prefer candidates based near their primary customer.

  • Travel: Expect regular travel to customer sites. Onboarding includes a one-month immersion at our HQ (NYC or equivalent).

$103,000 - $125,000
Traba

Senior Software Engineer (AI Agents)

Traba
New York, United States
Full Time

Traba is the AI operating layer for the industrial supply chain. We started in workforce—temp staffing, the biggest operational pain point for the manufacturing and logistics customers we serve—and used it to embed ourselves inside their daily operations and create a far better customer experience through technology. Now those same customers are pulling us beyond staffing into the broader operational workflows that run their facilities. That foundation gave us proprietary data from millions of shifts and deep enterprise relationships. But our edge is more than data: by connecting to the systems running across every facility and activating the workers already on our platform to execute against them, we are building applied AI that drives real productivity gains and transforms how the global supply chain operates at scale.

We are backed by Founders Fund, Khosla Ventures, and General Catalyst.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial Senior Applied Agent Engineer to join as a founding member of the Agents team and help us build the next layer of Traba's product—an agentic platform that synthesizes the data flowing through our marketplace and operates autonomously inside our customers' supply chain workflows. You'll embed deeply in our customers' operations, design and ship production agent harnesses on top of frontier models, and turn what you learn in the field into durable product. You will partner closely with our CTO, product, and our operators to take 0-to-1 ideas to scaled deployments.

About You

  • Builder with an AI operator's instinct. You've shipped real product on top of LLMs—not just chat wrappers. You've designed agent harnesses, structured tools, written evals, and tuned prompts against production traces. You think in terms of capability, reliability, and unit economics, not just “does the model say the right thing.”

  • Domain-immersed. You enjoy spending time with the people who actually do the work. You learn an industry's vocabulary, edge cases, and operational tempo, and let that knowledge shape what you build. Bonus points if you've done this for a vertical AI or AI-agent company before (e.g., Nash, HappyRobot, Augment, Pallet, Harvey, Legora, ElevenLabs).

  • High-agency in ambiguity. You're comfortable being dropped into a fuzzy problem with a customer, a half-formed hypothesis, and a deadline. You scope, build, evaluate, and ship without waiting for someone to hand you the spec.

  • Sweat both ends of the stack. You can move between prompt iteration, eval design, backend services, data modeling, and the customer-facing UI in the same week. You care about the small details—evals that actually catch regressions, prompts that fail gracefully, traces that are easy to debug.

You Will

  • Embed with our customers and operators to deeply understand how supply chains run today—then design and ship agents that take meaningful work off their plate.

  • Build production agent systems on top of frontier LLMs: tool use, sub-agents, retrieval, structured outputs, MCP servers, and the orchestration layer that ties them together.

  • Own evaluation as a first-class discipline. Build datasets from real traces, write rubrics and graders, run experiments, and ship improvements that you can prove move the needle.

  • Architect and build the data, services, and APIs the agent layer depends on—integrating with our internal systems and our customers' WMS, TMS, and ERP environments.

  • Codify repeatable deployment patterns so each new customer rollout is faster and more reliable than the last.

  • Be a key player on a scrappy founding team—contributing to product direction, hiring, and the engineering culture as we grow.

You Have

  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 1+ year shipping LLM- or agent-based features into production.

  • Strong proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript/Node.js, and comfort designing APIs, distributed systems, and data models in PostgreSQL.

  • Hands-on experience with the modern agent stack: prompt engineering at production scale, evaluation frameworks (e.g., Langfuse, Braintrust, internal harnesses), agent orchestration patterns, and frontier model APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.).

  • A track record of building and shipping in fast, ambiguous environments—ideally at an early-stage vertical AI, AI-agent, FDE-style (Palantir, Scale), or data-product company (Hex, Omni, dbt).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication—you can run a customer workshop in the morning and write a clean design doc in the afternoon.

  • A genuine excitement about industrial operations and the chance to use applied AI to make them dramatically better.

Benefits

  • 📈 Start-up equity

  • 💰 Competitive Salary

  • 🩺 100% Paid health, dental & vision coverage

  • 🍽️ Dinner Provided via DoorDash, free DashPass & stocked kitchen for NY employees

Paid Social Manager

Solace

About Solace

Healthcare in the U.S. is fundamentally broken. The system is so complex that 88% of U.S. adults do not have the health literacy necessary to navigate it without help. Solace cuts through the red tape of healthcare by pairing patients with expert advocates and giving them the tools to make better decisions—and get better outcomes.

We're a Series C startup, founded in 2022 and backed by Inspired Capital, Craft Ventures, Torch Capital, Menlo Ventures, Signalfire, and IVP. Our U.S. based team is lean, mission-driven, and growing quickly.

Solace isn't a place to coast. We're here to redefine healthcare—and that demands urgency, precision, and heart. If you're looking to stretch yourself, sharpen your edge, and do the best work of your life alongside a team that cares deeply, you're in the right place. We’re intense, and we like it that way.

Read more in our Bloomberg funding announcement here.

About the Role

As a Paid Social Manager at Solace, you'll own and scale our paid social acquisition engine — managing Meta end-to-end while expanding into new channels like TikTok and Snapchat. You'll close the loop between creative and performance, and you'll do it hands-on: daily account work, budget decisions, campaign architecture, testing, and creative strategy.

Every optimization call you make will account for full-funnel impact — from CTR and CVR to show rates and LTV. You'll build out our process for creative reporting and iteration, work closely with our creative team, partner with data to keep measurement clean and decision-making grounded, and manage an associate.

What You’ll Do

  • Own Meta performance end-to-end: strategy, structure, testing, and budget allocation.

  • Build a creative feedback loop with our brand team, leveraging tools like Motion to surface actionable insights.

  • Monitor full-funnel performance — not just platform KPIs — and diagnose what's driving wins and losses.

  • Partner with our CRO Specialist to align ad creative with landing page experience.

  • Own paid social tracking and measurement: pixel/CAPI health, lead quality signals, and UTM hygiene.

  • Collaborate with Data/Analytics to sharpen reporting and keep KPI definitions consistent.

  • Lead our expansion into TikTok and Snapchat.

  • Translate account performance into clear, usable insights for the broader team.

  • Manage and develop an associate.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 3–6+ years of paid social experience, with recent hands-on ownership of 7-figure+ Meta accounts.

  • Proven ability to optimize toward real business outcomes — not CTR and CPA in a vacuum.

  • Strong creative judgment: you can identify what's working and articulate why.

  • Deep fluency in tracking and measurement: Pixel + CAPI, event definitions, UTM hygiene, funnel reporting.

  • Experience in lead gen, healthcare, insurance, or other high-consideration verticals.

  • TikTok and/or Snapchat experience a plus.

Applicants must be based in the United States.

Up for the Challenge?

We look forward to meeting you.

Moxie

Director, Talent

Moxie
United States
Full Time

At Moxie, we empower ambitious aesthetic entrepreneurs to build profitable, independent practices—without burnout, overwhelm, or guesswork. In just a few years, we've grown from an idea to a global, remote-first team now supporting 700+ practices nationwide.

Our purpose is simple: to unlock sustainable success for aesthetic entrepreneurs, at every stage of their journey.

Director, Talent

About the Role

We're looking for a Director, Talent to own Moxie's early talent lifecycle — from the moment a role opens through a new hire's first 90 days. That means sourcing strategy, hiring bar, onboarding, and 30/60/90-day check-ins all live with you. You'll lead and develop a two-person recruiting team while staying close to the work yourself — this is a player-coach role. Our recruiting engine is already working (96% offer acceptance, 8.9/10 candidate satisfaction, 60 hires in the first half of this year alone) — now we need someone who can make it excellent.

You'll also get rare early exposure to the full breadth of the People function: when our Head of People goes on parental leave from November 2026 through March 2027, you'll step in as the primary People lead — a chance to operate beyond talent and see the bigger picture of what great People leadership looks like.

What you'll do

  • Own the full talent lifecycle end-to-end. You're not just filling roles — you're accountable for whether those hires actually succeed. That means sourcing strategy, hiring bar, offer process, onboarding, and 30/60/90-day check-ins all live with you.

  • Lead and coach a two-person recruiting team. Rodge and Sophie report to you. You set the strategy, develop their skills, and are accountable for team output — while staying close to the work yourself. This is a player-coach role: you'll carry your own requisitions from day one.

  • Build and operationalize a quality of hire framework. We track offer acceptance and candidate satisfaction — now we need to close the loop. You'll define what "ramp success" looks like, instrument the data, and use it to continuously sharpen our hiring bar and onboarding experience.

  • Step in as acting People lead during parental leave (Nov 2026 – early 2027). You'll serve as the primary point of contact for all People matters across the leadership team — employee relations, escalations, HR Ops, compliance — while keeping hiring on pace and new hires landing well. A clear escalation framework will be agreed before the transition begins.

  • Drive hiring velocity without sacrificing quality. We're running at 25–30+ hires per quarter across US/LATAM and the Philippines. Your job is to sustain that pace while hitting a 35-day TTH target and preserving the candidate experience metrics we've worked hard to build.

We're looking for:

  • A senior TA operator who has owned the full function — pipeline management, recruiter development, hiring manager partnerships, and offer process — at a Series B/C company or similar growth-stage environment

  • Someone whose definition of "done" includes successful ramp, not just a signed offer. You've thought about onboarding, early employee experience, or quality of hire before — and you're energized by owning that outcome

  • Enough breadth across the People function to hold things down independently. You don't need to be a generalist, but you've operated outside a pure recruiting bubble — touching HR Ops, employee relations, or broader People programs at some point

  • A player-coach who stays close to the work. You'll set strategy and manage a team, but you'll also carry requisitions. If that energizes you rather than frustrates you, you'll thrive here

  • Operational rigor and clear judgment under pressure. During the leave period, you'll need to know what to handle independently, what to escalate, and what to hold. That requires both process discipline and good instincts

  • A builder's mindset. We're at Series C, 200+ employees — the function works, and now it's time to make it excellent. You're someone who sees that as an opportunity, not a to-do list

Why Join Us?

  • Real ownership from day one. You're not supporting a TA function — you're running it. The strategy, the process, the results, and the team are yours.

  • The stage is right. Series C, strong existing momentum, and real room to make the function excellent. You're not walking into a mess; you're walking into an opportunity to build something you can point to.

  • A complete picture of talent, not just the top of the funnel. This role owns sourcing through day 90. If you've ever been frustrated handing new hires over a wall and never knowing how they landed, that problem doesn't exist here.

  • A path to more, if you want it. When the Head of People returns, there's genuine appetite to expand this role's scope into employee engagement, culture, and HR Ops. That path is open — but if you want to own talent deeply and go long on that lane, that's more than enough too.

At Moxie, we believe in creating a workplace where everyone feels valued, trusted, and included. Our team lives by our values: act as owners, give more than we take, move with speed and care, and simplify and learn every day.

We welcome people of all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives to apply. If you require any accommodations to fully participate in the interview process, please let us know, we’re happy to assist.

S

Software Engineer, DevSecOps

Sift Stack
Marina Del Rey, Marina del Rey, United States
Full Time

About Sift

SIFT is the data infrastructure platform for hardware engineering teams. SIFT turns high-frequency telemetry into engineering insights for mission-critical systems. Teams use Sift to build and operate rockets, satellites, autonomous vehicles, energy systems, defense platforms, and more.

Founded by former SpaceX engineers who built the tools behind Dragon and Starlink, Sift is building the data infrastructure to herald the AI era for physical systems.

About the Role

As a Software Engineer, Security Infrastructure, you will not just maintain a security checklist; you will define the posture, architecture, and practices that keep our products and infrastructure secure in the most demanding environments.

You will be both hands-on and strategic, building controls, automating compliance, and owning SIFT’s security posture end-to-end, with technical security engineering as the primary focus. You will set the standard for how we protect our systems and data, ensuring resilience against modern threats while partnering with external compliance specialists to meet the requirements of aerospace, defense, and enterprise sectors.

In This Role, You’ll:

  • Build and maintain tooling, scripts, services, and automation that assess, enforce, and monitor security and compliance controls across our AWS cloud environments, Kubernetes clusters, and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Develop lightweight internal solutions (e.g., policy-as-code, custom scanners, CI/CD integrations) that make security and compliance automatic, auditable, and invisible to the rest of engineering.

  • Embed security guardrails directly into infrastructure-as-code (Terraform), container orchestration, and deployment workflows so that secure-by-default becomes the path of least resistance.

  • Partner closely with the infrastructure and platform engineering teams to harden cloud-native systems, implement access controls, encryption, logging/monitoring, and vulnerability management at scale.

  • Improve visibility into our overall security posture through automated reporting, dashboards, and real-time observability that highlight risks and control coverage.

  • Translate compliance requirements (SOC 2, FedRAMP, and related frameworks) into pragmatic, enforceable technical implementations rather than manual checklists.

  • Reduce toil by automating security workflows, compliance validation, and remediation so engineering can ship fast without compromising security.

  • Support incident response and post-incident improvements by building better observability and tooling that accelerates detection and recovery.

  • Conduct security reviews of new features, services, and infrastructure changes, providing clear guidance that helps teams design and implement secure solutions.

The Skillset You’ll Bring:

Technical Skills

  • 4–7+ years of hands-on experience in security engineering, platform/DevSecOps, or cloud infrastructure roles (founding or early-stage security builder experience strongly preferred).

  • Proven track record shipping production-grade security automation in cloud-native environments (AWS strongly preferred) — not just documenting or managing compliance programs.

  • Deep familiarity with implementing technical controls for SOC 2, FedRAMP, or similar frameworks in real production systems.

  • Strong proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, Go, Bash, or similar) and a bias toward building custom tooling over relying solely on off-the-shelf products.

  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or equivalent), containerized environments (Kubernetes), and CI/CD systems — and how to embed security directly into them.

  • Working knowledge across core security domains:

    • Access control, identity management, and least-privilege enforcement

    • Logging, monitoring, auditing, and security observability

    • Encryption, key management, and secrets handling

    • Vulnerability scanning, policy-as-code, and continuous compliance

    • Incident response and change management

  • Ability to quickly assess system state, identify meaningful gaps, and deliver pragmatic, high-impact solutions in a fast-moving environment.

  • Comfort operating as a founding security engineer: you thrive in ambiguity, own standards end-to-end, and focus on enabling velocity while raising the security bar.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a builder mindset — you enjoy making complex security requirements disappear into clean, automated systems that engineering teams actually love to use.
