Our Client

Our client is a global, elite technology and creative network that uniquely balances a 50% creative and 50% engineering infrastructure. They are part of a premier global digital services group, delivering enterprise-scale digital transformations, marketing technology ecosystems, and AI-driven growth for the world’s leading organizations.

Job Summary

The Forward Deployed AI Consultant is a high-agency, client-facing professional who bridges the gap between executive business strategy and practical AI engineering. This is not a pure backend, frontend, or LLM research role. Instead, you will act as a strategic advisor and rapid prototyper, auditing workflows with enterprise stakeholders, identifying high-impact AI opportunities, and independently building Proof of Concepts (POCs). Your primary value lies in your ability to translate complex business bottlenecks into practical, AI-enabled workflows, low-code/no-code prototypes, and service opportunities, ensuring a seamless handoff to production engineering teams.

Responsibilities

  • Discovery & Business Transformation: Partner directly with client executives and non-technical business leads to audit operational workflows, identify bottlenecks, and map out strategic, high-impact AI digital transformation roadmaps.

  • Rapid Prototyping & Solution Shaping: Independently design, build, and deploy rapid Proof of Concepts (POCs) and MVPs using prompt engineering, AI agents, RAG, and modern development/automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Cursor, Lovable, Replit).

  • Cross-Functional Bridge & Delivery: Serve as the core translator between business units and enterprise engineering squads, turning successful scrappy prototypes into clearly scoped production requirements, data flows, and functional specs.

  • Risk & Reliability Mitigation: Proactively identify and address implementation risks regarding data privacy, enterprise security, system hallucinations, and operational reliability.

  • Commercial & Strategic Growth: Identify opportunities to scale standalone pilot projects into broader enterprise implementations or long-term service agreements, specifically mapping out AI ecosystems across marketing technology and customer experience (CX) architectures.

Qualifications and Job Requirements

Must-Have Technical Expectations & Core Skills:

  • Stakeholder Management: Proven experience working directly with business stakeholders and executives to extract business problems and shape technical requirements.

  • AI & Automation Delivery: A track record of delivering practical AI, workflow automation, or digital transformation initiatives.

  • Rapid Prototyping: Ability to independently create small, functioning AI POCs using modern tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Lovable, Replit, Vercel, n8n, Zapier).

  • Technical Literacy: Strong understanding of system data flows, API integrations, SaaS connections, and basic software product delivery concepts.

  • Technical Credibility: Ability to confidently guide technical client conversations and articulate the operational differences between a scrappy prototype and a production-grade implementation.

  • Domain Experience: Background in consulting, digital agency environments, customer experience (CX), marketing technology, or enterprise digital initiatives.

  • High Agency: Proven ability to operate with extreme autonomy—gathering rapid user feedback and iterating quickly without waiting for a perfect spec sheet.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Ecosystem Expertise: Direct experience within the Adobe ecosystem (Adobe services or Adobe-related implementation work).

  • Advanced AI Implementation: Hands-on experience with AI agents, workflow automation, RAG, prompt engineering, or AI evaluation frameworks.

  • Enterprise Tools: Familiarity with LangChain, LangSmith, Promptfoo, vector databases, or AI orchestration frameworks.

  • Coding Literacy: Basic coding capabilities in Python or JavaScript (highly valued for prototyping speed).

  • Industry Verticals: Background in marketing tech, content supply chains, personalization, or digital operations for enterprise-scale clients.

What We Offer

  • 100% Remote Work: Enjoy the freedom to work from the location that helps you thrive. All it takes is a laptop and a reliable internet connection.

  • Highly Competitive USD Pay: Earn an excellent, market-leading compensation in USD that goes beyond typical market offerings.

  • Paid Time Off: We value your well-being. Our paid time off policies ensure you have the chance to unwind and recharge when needed.

  • Work with Autonomy: Enjoy the freedom to manage your time as long as the work gets done. Focus on results, not the clock.

  • Work with Top American Companies: Grow your expertise working on innovative, high-impact projects with Industry-Leading U.S. Companies.

Why You’ll Like Working Here

  • A Culture That Values You: We prioritize well-being and work-life balance, offering engagement activities and fostering dynamic teams to ensure you thrive both personally and professionally.

  • Diverse, Global Network: Connect with over 600 professionals in 25+ countries, expand your network, and collaborate with a multicultural team from Latin America.

  • Team Up with Skilled Professionals: Join forces with senior talent. All of our team members are seasoned experts, ensuring you're working with the best in your field.

Technical Account Manager

Nexus Cognitive Technologies LLC
Charlotte, United States
Full Time

About Nexus

You don't have an AI story if you don't have your data story. That's where NexusOne comes in.

We're the converged data platform for the AI era — composable by design, built on an open-source foundation, and AI-native from the ground up. One identity, one governance envelope, one operational layer across every mainframe, data lake, warehouse, and streaming system in the business. For the first time, enterprises can bring their existing stack along instead of rebuilding it — and still give AI agents full context across the estate.

What we stand for is simple: sovereign data, interoperable systems, decoupled intelligence — delivered the way modern software should be. No rip-and-replace. No multi-year transformation. Our CEO Anu Jain puts it well: we turn the "ball of yarn" of data integrations into a unified engine — less like assembling car parts, more like buying the car ready to drive. 85+ open-source tools pre-integrated. AI-native automations that deploy and self-heal the stack without human toil. Forward-deployed engineers who build shoulder-to-shoulder with customer teams — hands on keyboards, not just on decks.

It's working, and fast. We're tripling revenue year over year, backed by Insight Partners, and running in production in environments most vendors won't touch. Our platform processes credit risk data for 90%+ of US small businesses — 40M+ — every month. Intent signals for 300M+ subscribers monthly for Africa's largest telco. The data and AI layer for a Top 3 US bank.

We're 100+ people across the US and India, headquartered in Atlanta. We think big, move fast, and don't mistake activity for progress. We hire people who'd rather ship the rocket than brief someone on it.

The Role

This is the customer-embedded technical counterpart at one of NX1's flagship enterprise accounts. You'll be the person the customer's technical organization knows by name — the architect they ping when they have a question, the technical advisor they trust to navigate the daily reality of running NX1 inside their environment, the NX1 voice in their architecture reviews, design discussions, and platform decisions.

The role is structured roughly 70% solution architecture and technical advisory + 30% TAM-flavored work (customer-side advisory, internal coordination across NX1, escalation routing, technical relationship craft across the customer's engineering org). The 70% is the center of gravity. Credibility is earned through technical depth, not relationship tenure. The 30% is the connective tissue that keeps the role from drifting into pure SA work and ensures NX1 has a coherent technical voice at the customer.

You'll be shaping what "TAM" means at NX1, not inheriting a playbook.

What You'll Do

Customer-Side Technical Advisory (70%)

  • Be the NX1 technical voice across the customer's daily technical operations — architecture review boards, security reviews, design discussions, integration planning, platform governance forums

  • Hold architectural credibility with the customer's senior engineers, architects, and platform team. The bar: you can walk into any of their technical rooms and earn it within the first 20 minutes

  • Translate between the customer's technical reality and NX1's engineering team — escalations, design clarifications, roadmap requests — without losing fidelity in either direction

  • Read design documents and ask the right questions; defend or challenge design choices constructively; produce written technical artifacts the customer's review boards take seriously

  • Provide technical context that informs but does not replace the work of the Principal SA (when one is deployed at the same account) and the FDEM (when an engagement is active)

TAM-Flavored Engagement & Internal Coordination (30%)

  • Own the NX1-side technical context for each account you cover — keep engineering, FDEs, product, the SAD, and the AE aligned on what's happening at the customer technically

  • Route customer-side technical escalations to the right resource at NX1 (engineering, FDE, Principal SA, DCRE support) without becoming a bottleneck

  • Maintain working relationships with the customer's technical middle layer — senior ICs, tech leads, engineering managers — not just the architecture leadership

  • Support the AE/SAD on technical pre-renewal conversations and expansion-context preparation, without owning the commercial motion

  • Navigate vendor governance at a major enterprise: third-party risk reviews, audit responses, change management, vendor due diligence

What We're Looking For

Required

  • 10–16 years in enterprise data/cloud architecture as an SA, principal engineer, TAM, or equivalent

  • At least one prior multi-year embedded engagement at a Tier 1 enterprise customer (bank, top-tier insurer, public-sector flagship, automotive OEM, healthcare system) — you know what it means to be a vendor inside another organization's culture for 12+ months

  • Hands-on or recent hands-on depth in the modern OSS data stack: Spark, Trino, Airflow, Iceberg, Kubernetes, S3-compatible object storage, Kafka — at scale

  • Track record of being the customer's technical go-to person at a prior vendor engagement — named examples of "the customer's senior architects asked for me by name on this kind of problem"

  • Strong written technical communication — design memos, architecture decision records, exec briefs that hold up to senior technical review

  • Willingness to be on-site at the customer in Charlotte, NC (primary) and NYC (secondary) at 80%+ cadence for the WF deployment

  • For deployments at large banks: deep familiarity with bank IT culture and governance (risk and control frameworks, TPRM, change management, audit cycles)

Strong differentiators

  • Prior background as a Forward Deployed Engineer at Palantir, Resident SA at Databricks, Principal SA at Snowflake/Confluent, or Customer Engineer at a top data platform vendor

  • Open-source contributions in NX1 stack components (Iceberg, Spark, Trino, Airflow)

  • Conference presence at Subsurface, Trino Summit, Airflow Summit, Data + AI Summit

Why You’ll Love Working at Nexus

At Nexus, we value people who want to grow — and support each other while doing so.

You can expect:

  • A collaborative team culture built on curiosity and respect

  • Challenging work where your contributions clearly matter

  • A leadership team that invests in learning and development

  • The opportunity to work at the intersection of cloud, data, and AI innovation

Ready to Apply?

If this role sounds like a great fit — or even close to one — we’d love to hear from you. We know that no candidate checks every single box, and we’re excited to meet people who bring curiosity, talent, and a desire to build meaningful work together.

  • Comfort with technical sales: you can speak credibly about ERP integrations, data workflows, and how a sales team actually operates day-to-day

  • Founder-mode bias: you want input on the product, the pricing, and the playbook, and you're energized by building rather than executing someone else's process

  • Industry knowledge is a strong plus: experience selling into construction, building products, manufacturing, or distribution will accelerate your ramp significantly. Direct LBM background is a bonus but not required.

Why This Seat

  • Direct founder access. You'll work alongside the CEO and co-founder on every meaningful deal, with real influence on how the company evolves.

  • Compensation built for closers. Competitive base, uncapped commission, and meaningful equity.

  • Path forward. Early AEs at SalesJack are on track for senior AE, strategic accounts, and sales leadership seats as we grow.

Watney

Inventory Manager

Watney
San Francisco, United States
Full Time

Our Mission

Expand human ambition in the physical world.

Critical infrastructure is constrained by labor shortages, hazardous working conditions, and operational complexity. Watney builds and deploys autonomous robotic systems that increase the speed and capacity of buildout, starting with data centers.

About the Role

As Inventory Manager at Watney Robotics, you'll own how we track, store, and move physical assets across our San Francisco R&D facilities. By designing and maintaining systems that keep our hardware equipment accounted for and accessible, you will be a critical collaborator with fast-moving engineering and research teams building general-purpose robots for the world's largest enterprises.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and implement an organization system for all physical assets: tools, test equipment, prototyping parts, cables, transceivers, consumables, and general lab supplies.

  • Build and maintain a part-numbering and location scheme for inventory; establish clear bins, shelves, and zones across the facility.

  • Own the inventory management system of record.

  • Track calibration and maintenance schedules for tool equipment that requires it; flag items due for service.

  • Identify chronic shortages and work with the team to right-size stock levels.

  • Manage reorders for consumables, prototyping materials, cables, and office/lab supplies.

You May Be a Good Fit If You:

  • Have 5-10 years of experience running an inventory, warehouse, or storeroom operation (ideally in a hardware startup environment).

  • Are proficient with inventory management software and comfortable setting up a system from scratch.

  • Have strong organizational skills. For example, you enjoy building the labeling scheme, the bin system, and SOPs.

  • Are comfortable with physical work including being on the floor receiving, counting, moving, and organizing regularly.

We’re committed to building a diverse, inclusive team. At Watney Robotics, we welcome people of all backgrounds and identities, and we make hiring decisions based on skills, experience, and potential. If you’re passionate about robotics but don’t meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply!

WeTravel

Senior Product Engineer - Payments Team

WeTravel
Amsterdam, Netherlands
Full Time

Hi! 👋 I'm Ismayil, Engineering Manager for Team Payments at WeTravel.

I joined WeTravel to help simplify how group travel businesses handle payments and bookings. Having worked across various tech roles from startups to universities, I'm passionate about building reliable systems that solve real operational challenges. Our Payments team ensures that thousands of travel organizers can collect payments, manage installment plans, and pay suppliers seamlessly every month. We process 150K+ payments each month! As we expand our payment capabilities with localized payment methods and language support for new markets, I'm looking for engineers who are excited about making complex financial transactions feel simple for our global users.

About WeTravel:

Think of the most incredible adventures imaginable: trekking to Machu Picchu, cycling through Tuscany, or going on a safari in Kenya. For years, the small businesses and local experts who run these trips have been stuck using messy spreadsheets, countless emails, and complicated payment methods.

WeTravel is changing that. We build the tools that empower any entrepreneur to launch and grow their own travel business. Our platform makes it simple for organizers to create beautiful trip proposals, securely process payments, and manage their customers, so they can focus on what they do best: creating amazing experiences.

This is one of the last great frontiers of travel to come online, and as the category leader, we are at the forefront of this change. Last year alone, our platform was trusted by 8,000 organizers to lead over a million travelers on adventures in 150+ countries. Now, we’re on an exciting journey to grow from powering $1B to $10B in travel experiences per year.

We believe that every trip, when done right, can be a force for good - and we’re building the engine to make more of that possible.

What’s the role:

You will join the Payments team to lead critical projects across collection, disbursement, FX, reconciliation, and a new card issuing stack. Upcoming work includes:

  • New payment method expansion: doubling our payment methods next 12 months, with focus on local digital methods (UPI, PIX, account-to-account rails) in priority markets.

  • Card issuing: building a card issuing capability in dozens of geographies, including the ledger, authorization flows, controls, and operational tooling around it.

  • Reliability and structural improvements: scaling our payment processing capability to reach 10x growth.

  • Multi-currency and FX: Broadening our conversion engine and global reach across more than 20 currencies.

What you’ll do day-to-day:

  • Lead payments projects end-to-end: discovery with Product and PayOps teams, integration design with PSPs, build, rollout, monitoring, and incident response.

  • Partner with the Product team to gain insight into organizer and traveler challenges, building payment solutions that successfully process transactions.

  • Own the reliability of our payments system

  • Contribute to WeTravel’s engineering practices and excellence.

How we work:

  • We’re focused on the impact. We don’t subscribe to any one framework or execution ideology, and we adapt based on what’s impactful.

  • We’re using the latest hardware and constantly on the look out for better tools & ways to work.

  • We have AI-first development experience and work with the latest models and agentic dev tools.

  • Stack: We’re developing React/TypeScript, Ruby on Rails and Kotlin Microservices. Our services run on Kubernetes. We also use and love MongoDB, MySQL, Postgres, Snowflake and we’re working with the major LLM providers.

You should apply if you have:

Basic qualifications:

  • 7+ years of product engineering expertise, with 4+ years dedicated to architecting complex payments systems.

  • Proven track record within a PSP, acquirer, gateway, or a high-scale platform payments team.

  • Broad practical expertise in deploying and troubleshooting production-level integrations across various PSPs, card acquirer ecosystems, and diverse payment rails. You possess deeply ingrained expertise in settlement processes, reconciliation, dispute management, 3DS2 protocols, high-pressure webhook management, and PCI compliance frameworks, including tokenization methods.

  • Strong backend mastery in Ruby on Rails, Kotlin, Python, Go, Java, or Node.js with the agility to ramp up on Ruby quickly.

  • Full-stack comfort: you can build the React interface for the payment flows you architect.

  • Deep expertise in architecting robust, resilient distributed systems, including double-entry ledgers, automated reconciliation pipelines, money movement state machines, idempotency, exactly-once semantics, event-driven architectures, webhooks, and reliable consumer patterns.

  • Direct production on-call experience, including authoring post-mortems and leading incident response.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including cross-functional collaboration experience, and the ability to thrive in a distributed, multicultural environment.

  • Pragmatic adoption of AI tools to optimize your engineering workflow, including the ability to mentor and train others on AI concepts.

Technical Skills

  • Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), containerization, and modern CI/CD practices.

  • Experience in handling critical systems with precision: you will handle FX and multi-currency logic directly within the application layer.

  • Bonus: Direct card issuing experience, including BIN sponsorship, processor integrations, controls, and dispute handling.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience launching a new payment method or PSP integration end-to-end.

  • Experience building or operating a card issuing program.

  • Experience in marketplace or two-sided platform payments (split payments, payouts, escrow-like flows).

You might not be the right fit if you:

  • Your payments expertise is limited to high-level integrations like Stripe Checkout. We need someone who operates deeply beneath that abstraction layer.

  • You are hesitant to take full ownership of mission-critical money movement or participate in the on-call rotation when systems fail.

  • You prioritize greenfield development over the complex challenge of scaling and refining an existing system with significant transaction volume.

  • You are looking for a siloed IC position without the need for cross-functional collaboration or product-level discovery.

  • You require a rigid, pre-defined roadmap; we prefer to sharpen our strategy and direction as we scale the team.

Why join us?

  • Solve real payments problems at real volume: billions of dollars of transaction volume, 21 currencies, 14 integrations and growing.

  • Make a real impact: you’ll help build the operating system for the multi-day group travel industry, empowering thousands of organizers and millions of travelers worldwide.

  • Solve meaningful technical challenges at scale, from designing robust systems to improving real-time user experiences in a complex domain.

  • Be part of building the best engineering team: you’ll help shape culture, mentor others, and contribute to high standards of excellence and collaboration.

  • Enjoy flexibility and balance, with competitive compensation, generous PTO, and remote-friendly work culture.

Benefits Section

  • Competitive salary

  • Generous "Time to Recharge" policy - enjoy unlimited paid time off to rest, recharge, and show up as your best self.

  • Work remotely for a maximum of 4 weeks per calendar year.

  • 2-week cross-functional onboarding program.

  • Annual team off-site (often somewhere sunny 🌊).

  • Cycle-to-work scheme (Swapfiets subscription) or commuting reimbursement.

  • Monday/Thursday team lunches and after-work social events.

  • Extensive paid family leave.

  • Three paid volunteer days per year - take time to give back to causes you care about, on us.

  • Cutting-edge equipment and tools to set you up for success.

  • Join an international, travel-loving team with a passion for adventure and innovation.

Equal Opportunities

WeTravel is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. If you're excited about this opportunity and believe you're a good fit, we encourage you to apply and join us in transforming the travel industry!

Harvey, Inc.
San Francisco, United States
Full Time

Why Harvey

At Harvey, we’re transforming how legal and professional services operate. By combining frontier agentic AI, an enterprise-grade platform, and deep domain expertise, we’re reshaping how critical knowledge work gets done for decades to come.

This is a rare chance to help build a generational company at a true inflection point. With 1500+ customers in 60+ countries, strong product-market fit, and world-class investor support, we’re scaling fast and defining a new category in real time. The work is ambitious, the bar is high, and the opportunity for growth — personal, professional, and financial — is unmatched.

Our team moves fast, takes ownership, and is deeply committed to the mission — operating with intensity, staying close to our customers, and pushing each other for excellence. We live by three values: Decisiveness, Simplicity, and Job's Not Finished. We act quickly on clear judgment over perfect information, we believe simplicity is what scales, and we're never satisfied with where we are. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who share that drive, we'd love to build with you.

At Harvey, the future of professional services is being written today — and we’re just getting started.

Role Overview

As Harvey's first fully dedicated security recruiter, you will own end-to-end hiring across our security organization — including application security, infrastructure security, detection and response, trust and safety, and security leadership. This is a full-cycle role with real greenfield opportunity: you'll build the pipelines, establish the sourcing playbooks, and develop the hiring manager relationships that set the foundation for how Harvey attracts and closes security talent for years to come.

What You'll Do

  • Partner closely with security leadership to deeply understand team structure, role requirements, and the technical nuances that differentiate strong security candidates

  • Build and own a high-quality pipeline of security talent across disciplines — application security, infrastructure security, detection and response, governance, risk, compliance, and security engineering

  • Develop sourcing strategies specific to the security market, including community engagement, conference presence (e.g. Black Hat, DEF CON, BSides), and targeted outreach to passive candidates

  • Advise hiring managers on security talent market dynamics, compensation benchmarks, and how to position Harvey competitively against other high-growth AI and tech companies

  • Design and refine security-specific interview processes that are rigorous, structured, and candidate-respecting

  • Maintain data integrity in Ashby and use pipeline metrics to identify bottlenecks and drive hiring velocity

  • Serve as a subject matter resource for the broader recruiting team on security hiring — sharing market intelligence and helping calibrate on profiles

What You Have

  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3–4 years focused on security roles (AppSec, infrastructure security, detection and response, GRC, or security engineering)

  • Deep familiarity with the security talent market — you know the communities, the conferences, the career paths, and what motivates this candidate pool

  • Proven track record closing security hires at a fast-growing tech or AI company

  • Strong ability to build trusted relationships with technical hiring managers and become a genuine partner to security leadership

  • Comfort working in ambiguity and building process from scratch — this is a first-of-kind role, not a backfill

  • Low ego, high ownership — you'll source your own candidates, manage your own pipeline, and collaborate without needing a playbook handed to you

  • Fluency in data and metrics; you use pipeline health to drive decisions, not just report on them

  • Genuine curiosity about the security space — you keep up with the landscape, understand why top security talent cares about mission and technical challenge, and can speak credibly to candidates about what Harvey is building

Staff Software Engineer - Patient Matching (Remote)

Rula
Los Angeles, United States
Full Time

We believe that mental health is just as important as physical health. We recognize that mental health issues can be complex and multifaceted, and we are dedicated to treating the whole person, not just the symptoms.

We aim to create a world where mental health is no longer stigmatized or marginalized, but rather is embraced as an integral part of one's overall well-being.

We believe that by providing quality care that is both evidence-based and compassionate, we can empower individuals to take charge of their mental health and achieve their full potential. We are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of those struggling with mental health issues and we strive to be a force for positive change in the field of mental healthcare.

Rula is a remote-first company. We currently hire in most U.S. states, with the exception of Hawaii.

About the Role

We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join Rula’s Patient Matching team. This team is focused on driving meaningful impact across the patient funnel. Our goal isn’t to help patients find any provider, but to help them find the right provider: someone they trust, feel comfortable with, and want to continue care with. In practice, that means building and evolving the systems behind provider search, ranking, availability, eligibility, and booking experiences.

As a Staff Engineer, you’ll play a central role in shaping this direction by bringing order to ambiguity, designing durable systems, and delivering software that directly impacts how patients experience care. You’ll partner with your Engineering Manager, working closely with product managers, designers, clinicians, and other engineers to align technical decisions with patient and business outcomes. Beyond your own contributions, you’ll amplify the effectiveness of the team by mentoring engineers, unblocking peers, and raising the technical bar across Rula.

We’re looking for product-minded engineers who see problems, move quickly, and help the team build the right solution quickly. We expect engineers on this team to leverage AI-assisted development tools, including Claude Code, as a natural part of their workflow, not as a novelty. You’re fluent with these tools and are keeping up with the developing landscape, forming opinions on where they add value and how to get the best out of them to improve velocity and decrease time-to-value.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience building and maintaining scalable, production-ready systems with measurable business impact.

  • Strong expertise in API design, data modeling, and building systems that are reliable, maintainable, and performant.

  • Advanced System Architecture Experience: Proven experience designing and evolving architectures with the ability to weigh tradeoffs and choose a suitable approach for the problem at hand.

  • Technical Leadership: Proven ability to lead complex technical projects across teams, shaping scope, estimates, and execution while aligning technical decisions with business goals.

  • Communication & Alignment: Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to build consensus, surface risks early, and bring clarity to ambiguous problem spaces.

  • Team Multiplier: Experience mentoring engineering teams, reviewing architectures, and raising the technical bar across organizations.

  • AI-Assisted Development: Fluent with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code) and able to articulate both where they accelerate delivery and where they introduce risk or require human judgment.

Preferred Qualifications

While having the preferred qualifications enhances your candidacy, having all of them is not mandatory. We encourage all interested applicants to apply, even those who may not meet every preferred requirement.

  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

  • Data-Intensive Systems: Experience with data-heavy ecosystems, including designing data pipelines, integrating data sources, or building systems that capture and analyze metrics.

  • Modern Tooling: Familiarity with modern infrastructure and tooling.

  • Production Reliability: Comfortable participating in on-call rotations, troubleshooting complex production issues, and advocating for reliability improvements.

  • Startup Agility: Prior experience in early-stage and/or high-growth startup environments and comfortable navigating ambiguity while influencing evolving roadmaps

We're serious about your well-being! As part of our team, full-time employees receive:

  • 100% remote work environment: Working hours to support a healthy work-life balance, ensuring you can meet both professional and personal commitments (must be based in United States, currently not hiring in Hawaii)

  • Attractive pay and benefits: Full transparency of pay ranges regardless of where you live in the United States

  • Comprehensive health benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and FSA/HSA

  • 401(k) plan access: Start saving for your future

  • Generous time-off policies: Including 2 company-wide shutdown weeks each year for self-care (for most employees)

  • Paid parental leave: Available for all parents, including birthing, non-birthing, adopting, and fostering

  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP): Support for your mental and physical health

  • New hire home office stipend: Set up your workspace for success

  • Quarterly department stipend: Fun team-building activities or in-person gatherings

  • Wellness events and lunch & learns: Explore a variety of engaging topics

  • Community and employee resource groups: Participate in groups that celebrate employee identity and lived experiences, fostering a sense of community and belonging for all

Our team

We believe that diversity, equity, and inclusion are fundamental to our mission of making mental healthcare work for everyone.  We are dedicated to having a culture of inclusion that will support our employees in feeling safe, seen, heard, and valued.

About the Role

Chief exists to create more possibilities for women's power. We are the largest membership network for senior women leaders in the U.S. — a curated community across industries, roles, and geographies, representing more than 10,000 companies and 77% of the Fortune 100. At a moment when access to the right conversations, perspectives, and people shapes outcomes, Chief creates those rooms — both in-person and virtual — so that senior women leaders learn faster, build new capabilities, and navigate what's next with greater clarity and confidence.

Reporting to the CMO and sitting on Chief's Senior Leadership Team, the VP, Communications is responsible for driving Chief's communications strategy across CEO and executive communications, external PR and earned media, and reputation management. This is a player-coach role: you will develop the strategy and do the work — writing, pitching, drafting, and preparing executives. You will work closely with an external communications consultant and in deep partnership with Marketing, Member Experience, and People on communications that touch their functions.

Why This Role. Why Now.

Chief's story is in a compelling moment — a growing membership, an expanding definition of who we serve, and a mission that has never felt more urgent or more relevant. The communications leader who joins now has the opportunity to shape how that story reaches the world: how Chief is understood, covered, and talked about across the audiences that matter most.

This is a meaningful Senior Leadership Team role with real visibility and the scope to do work that matters — for Chief and for the executives we serve.

What You'll Do

Own Chief's Strategic Communications Narrative

Develop and maintain the master narrative that governs how Chief tells its story — to the press, prospective members, enterprise partners, and the broader market. Translate Chief's strategic priorities into a proactive communications strategy and establish the message discipline that allows a fast-moving organization to speak with one consistent, compelling voice.

  • Build and manage the annual communications calendar, identifying the moments, milestones, and platforms that matter most

  • Serve as the editorial lead on message framing and sequencing across audiences and channels

  • Partner with Marketing to bring Chief's mission to life in the world, building resonance and connection among audiences

  • Equip cross-functional teams and external partners with the context, messaging, and materials needed to execute with clarity and alignment

  • Identify and orchestrate the right internal experts and external partners — ensuring all communications activity ladders back to a cohesive strategic vision

Lead CEO & Executive Communications

Serve as the primary communications partner to Alison Moore and Chief's senior leadership team — shaping executive voice, thought leadership positioning, and broader visibility across media, speaking engagements, partnerships, and industry conversations.

  • Develop keynote narratives, executive messaging, talking points, and strategic counsel for high-profile moments and external engagements

  • Build a proactive executive visibility strategy — identifying the conversations, platforms, and partnerships where Chief's leadership should have a voice and ensuring those opportunities support broader business priorities

  • Partner with external communications specialists, media trainers, and thought leadership consultants where appropriate to support execution and scale

  • Drive alignment across the senior leadership team to ensure consistency in messaging, positioning, and external communications priorities

Drive External Communications & Thought Leadership Strategy

Lead the strategic direction of Chief's external communications ecosystem — shaping the narratives, editorial priorities, and visibility opportunities that strengthen the brand's position across leadership, business, culture, and workplace conversations.

  • Oversee external communications agencies and consultants across media relations, executive visibility, conference strategy, speaking opportunities, and thought leadership initiatives — ensuring all activity aligns to a cohesive communications strategy and consistent brand voice

  • Provide senior-level guidance on proactive storytelling, media positioning, strategic partnerships, and high-impact external moments, while external partners lead day-to-day execution

  • Build and maintain strong relationships across key media, conference, and industry ecosystems relevant to Chief's audiences

  • Establish standards for spokesperson preparation, messaging alignment, and external communications readiness

Shape Brand Influence & Cultural Relevance

Partner closely with Brand and Marketing to evolve Chief's presence across modern influence channels — extending beyond traditional media into tastemaker networks, creator ecosystems, emerging platforms, and culturally relevant partnerships.

  • Partner with Marketing on the development of Chief's influencer and tastemaker strategy, identifying voices, communities, and collaborations that authentically align with the brand and expand Chief's relevance among current and future members

  • Guide how Chief shows up across key cultural and industry moments, ensuring consistency between brand, communications, partnerships, and audience engagement

Manage Reputation, Issues & Crisis Readiness

Protect and strengthen Chief's reputation by ensuring the organization has clear communication frameworks, escalation protocols, and decision-making structures in place for high-stakes moments.

  • Maintain and regularly evolve crisis and issues management playbooks, ensuring messaging, stakeholder considerations, and response protocols remain current as the business grows

  • Partner closely with leadership, legal, people, and member teams to provide strategic communications counsel during sensitive situations, while coordinating external crisis advisors and specialists where appropriate

  • Help ensure alignment between Chief's external narrative, internal culture, and organizational decisions

Partner on Member & Internal Communications

Collaborate closely with Member Experience and Marketing to ensure member-facing communications reflect Chief's voice, values, and brand standards.

Partner with People and the C-suite on internal communications, providing strategic framing and narrative guidance for significant organizational moments. While execution sits within those teams, this role helps set the communications standard and serves as a key strategic advisor across the organization.

Who You Are and What You've Done

Senior Communications Practitioner: You have 10–15+ years of in-house communications experience at a high-growth startup or membership-driven organization — developing strategy and executing against it across PR, executive comms, and earned media.

Player-Coach: You operate comfortably at the C-suite level — shaping strategy, advising senior leaders, and influencing organizational decisions — and you get into the work. You write the draft, pitch the story, and prep the executive without needing to hand it off.

Community and Membership Fluent: You know what it means to communicate within a community — not just at it — and understand how tone, timing, and trust shape how messages land with a discerning, high-stakes audience.

Earned Media Strategist: You have built journalist relationships, originated stories, and driven meaningful placement in tier-1 business media. You know the difference between a PR strategy and a press release calendar.

Orchestrator: You know how to leverage internal subject matter experts and external partners — directing each resource toward the communications vision while staying close enough to the work to course-correct in real time.

Social Media and AI Fluent: You bring platform literacy that informs strategy and actively use AI tools in your workflow — for research, drafting, and media monitoring. You stay current on emerging tools and channels.

Mission-Aligned: You believe in creating more possibilities for women's power — and that belief shows up in how you communicate, collaborate, and advocate for Chief's story.

Chief is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.

Strategic Outreach & Prospecting

  • Support targeted outbound outreach when appropriate, including follow-ups from events and marketing campaigns

  • Re-engage warm leads or organizations already familiar with Overflow

  • Conduct thoughtful, personalized outreach in addition to high-volume prospecting

  • Contribute insights to improve messaging, targeting, and engagement strategies

  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to ministry and nonprofit leadership — consultative, mission-aligned, and in it for the long haul

  • Master multi-threaded selling — build relationships across finance, development, and executive leadership simultaneously within each account

  • Re-engage warm leads, past prospects, and partner-referred organizations through timely and personalized follow-up

What You Should Have

  • Paid parental leave to support your growing family. We provide paid leave, so you can focus on bonding and adjusting to life as your family grows.

We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applicants from all backgrounds, consistent with applicable laws. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, satisfactory references, and any required documentation.

Aptible

Software Engineer II / Senior Software Engineer (Frontend-leaning Fullstack)

Aptible
United States
Full Time

About Aptible

Large language models are transforming software engineering — developers can now go from idea to code faster than ever. But that just shifts complexity downstream: deployment, observability, cost, security, reliability — all of that has to scale too, and LLMs don't yet solve the problem.

That's where Aptible comes in. Since 2014, our cloud delivery platform has been automating security, compliance and reliability for engineering teams whose apps handle the most sensitive data, in the most highly regulated industries.

The need for a platform like Aptible has never been greater. If you're passionate about cloud infrastructure and ensuring DevOps evolves to meet the pressure of AI-assisted development — and you're excited to join a small and highly talented team — we’d love to hear from you.

NEW! Aptible is part of Opti9 Technologies, a cloud solutions provider specializing in managed cloud, security, disaster recovery, and compliance. Joining forces with Opti9 gives Aptible the resources to invest more aggressively in the platform — expanding what we can deliver to the engineering teams who depend on it.

Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion

We see great value in bringing together a team with different perspectives, educational backgrounds, and life experiences, and we prioritize diversity within our team. We encourage people from underrepresented backgrounds to apply.

About This Role

Overview

In this role, you’ll build end-to-end product features that make it easier for engineers to ship and operate software, with significant depth on the frontend — combining customer-facing UI/API work with improvements to workflows, reliability, and the day-to-day internal developer experience.

What You'll Do

  • Ship customer-facing product features primarily for our AWS-based PaaS across our stack, which includes: Ruby on Rails backend systems, a web app (React-TypeScript), a Terraform client (Go), and a CLI client (Ruby), and more.

  • Take technical ownership of our React-TypeScript web app — setting the direction for how we hone and maintain the frontend, including how we harness AI to move faster.

  • Work closely with Product and Design to clarify requirements, make tradeoffs, and deliver in small, high-quality increments.

  • Partner with Design to define and build a shared component library that enables consistent, high-quality UI across the product.

  • Improve developer experience, including internal tooling, local development workflows, and the path from code to production.

  • Contribute to reliability and operability improvements, including CI/CD, release processes, observability, and incident response tooling.

  • Participate in the on call rotation, and help drive follow-ups that reduce repeat incidents and make the system easier to operate.

  • Partner with our customer-facing engineering team to investigate customer issues and deliver fixes or improvements when needed.

  • Use AI tools to improve your development workflow and velocity.

What We're Looking For

  • General Experience

    • You have experience shipping production software as a fullstack engineer, with significant strength in frontend engineering (targeting Senior I to Staff). Developer tools experience is a plus.

    • You communicate extremely well — you are clear, effective, and proactive in your communication, both speaking and in writing.

  • Technical Expertise

    • You have strong software engineering fundamentals and coding ability, and comfort working across a fullstack codebase.

    • You are a prolific and thoughtful developer in at least one mainstream language, and can pick up new languages/frameworks quickly.

    • You have particular depth of knowledge in React and the modern frontend ecosystem, including component architecture, state management, performance optimization, and accessibility.

    • You are comfortable building developer-facing interfaces and workflows, not just backend services.

    • You are comfortable working in cloud infrastructure or distributed systems.

    • You are comfortable thinking through security, privacy, and compliance implications as part of feature work.

  • Product Taste

    • You have a strong track record as an expert in the products you've built, and as a go-to resource for Product Design and Product Management during early feature and product planning.

  • Startup Compatibility

    • You want to be part of a small, highly collaborative Engineering Team. You don't let ambiguity or bumps in the road stop you: you identify what's blocking you, take ownership, and drive to get unblocked.

  • Location: You are located in the contiguous United States.

You Should Apply If

  • You want to do hands-on implementation, not just architect solutions.

  • You're a deeply curious problem solver, and you're not tied to a specific language or technology.

  • You're invested in team ownership — you care about what your teammates are building, not just your own work.

Aptible's Employee Benefits

Aptible's Values & Principles

Why Aptible

Aptible has been around for over a decade. We have a real product, real customers who depend on it, and a profitable business. We're not a rocketship chasing hypergrowth — we're a small, tight-knit team doing meaningful work in a complex system. Together, we wield genuine ownership to drive lasting impact: the kind where our work shapes the whole product, not just a corner of it.

We'll be honest: this isn't an "everything is figured out" moment. We're navigating real change, with more on the way -- and we're doing it together. We're not looking for someone who thinks they have all the answers already. We're looking for someone who wants to find them with us.

What keeps us here is each other. We're a team that genuinely cares — about the work, the customers (and the cool things they’re building), and each other. If you want to do hard things alongside people you actually like and respect, and leave a lasting mark on a system that matters, this is that place.

Interview Process

We want to make the experience of interviewing with us as delightful, efficient, fair, respectful, and transparent as possible. A typical process at Aptible might include the following steps. Please note that this may vary by role, and details will be provided to you early on in the process.

  1. Introduction to Aptible with the Hiring Manager

  2. 2-3 Skills-Based Interviews with Aptible Team Members

  3. Take-Home Project (You will be compensated for completing this.)

  4. References

A

Account Executive

Alpic
New York, United States
Full Time

About Alpic

The way businesses reach customers is changing. AI assistants are no longer just answering questions, they’re becoming the interfaces where people discover, evaluate, and use products. Alpic helps businesses adapt their products and services to use directly inside AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini. We do so through a variety of services, from open-source frameworks & tooling for developers, to a full cloud and analytics platform, to a service arm that builds bespoke MCP apps for teams that need to move fast. Today Alpic already has dozens of apps live in the ChatGPT and Claude stores, built for some of the biggest names in travel, retail, luxury, and SaaS in Europe.

Every business will need to be present in AI the way they needed a website in the 2000s and a mobile app in the 2010s. We intend to be the global category leader that gets them there, and we are bringing that ambition to the US.

The opportunity

You will be selling to acquisition, growth, and innovation leaders at companies that are starting to ask how they will connect their product in AI agents like ChatGPT and Claude.

The sale is strategic, and it does not stop at the business side. You’ll also work hand in hand with both Alpic engineers and with customers’ product and technical teams. Together you will help them design high quality AI apps that will delight users and drive long-term value for both Alpic and our customers.

Alpic is well-funded (total of $8 million raised in 10 months of existence) and founded by repeat entrepreneurs with a prior exit to a Fortune 100. The team has a decade of experience in technical infrastructure and selling into large enterprise accounts, and the GTM team already includes sellers in France and the UK. Alpic's marketing team runs events across a dozen cities worldwide (including NYC and San Francisco) and has built broad brand recognition in the MCP space in under a year. This is still primarily a hunting and closing role, but you are not starting from zero and will be surrounded by an ambitious team!

What you will do

  • Build and own outbound pipeline across US mid-market and enterprise accounts in the verticals you and the GTM team define together

  • Own the full sales cycle from first outreach to signed contract

  • Close Alpic's first US logos and document repeatable deal patterns

  • Work across business and technical stakeholders within the same deal

  • Feed market and competitive intelligence back to product to inform our roadmap

  • Represent Alpic at US events in the AI/MCP technology space, as well as industry vertical events (retail, travel, SaaS etc.)

What we’re looking for

  • 2 to 5 years of full-cycle closing in B2B SaaS, you have owned a quota, not just supported one

  • A first experience in AI tools, martech, developer infrastructure, or other relevant SaaS

  • Experience as an early sales hire with affinity for building pipeline

  • Demonstrated ability to present to business leaders on strategy and ROI, and support engineering teams confidently on APIs, integrations, and technical requirements

  • Ownership mentality: treats their territory as a business, sets their own priorities

  • Proactive, autonomous, open-minded and loves a challenge

  • AI-fluent but not AI-dependent, knows where AI can be a practical accelerator and its limits

  • Strong written and verbal communicator (with AND without AI)

Compensation & equity

  • Base salary: $110,000 to $130,000 depending on experience

  • OTE: 50/50 base/variable split

  • Attractive and uncapped commission plan on all closed revenue

  • Equity: up to 0.05% stock options (4-year vest, 1-year cliff, granted at early-stage valuation)

What we offer

  • A highly ambitious founding team that has worked together for over a decade and knows what it takes to build a successful business

  • A truly international team combining the best of French craft and American drive

  • Onboarding in Paris plus frequent trips to see the European team that built the technology and the foundation you’ll help scale

  • Health, dental, vision + 15 days PTO + plus they leave in accordance with state and city requirements

  • Some great ski swag and offsites in the mountains!

This is an early and consequential role at a company operating in a category that is moving fast! If you perform, you will have real ownership in how we build our business and a direct path to leading the US sales organization as we scale.

Crusoe

Senior Program Manager, Performance Management

Crusoe
225 Bush Street, San Francisco, United States
Full Time

Crusoe is on a mission to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence. As the only vertically integrated AI infrastructure company built from the ground up, we own and operate each layer of the stack — from electrons to tokens — to power the world's most ambitious AI workloads. When you join Crusoe, you join a team that is building the future, faster.

We're in the midst of the greatest industrial revolution of our time. The demand for AI compute is boundless, and power is a bottleneck. We're solving that — with an energy-first approach that makes AI infrastructure better for the world and faster for the people innovating with AI.

We're looking for problem-solving, opportunity-finding teammates with a sense of urgency, who believe in the scale of our ambition and thrive on a path not fully paved — people who want to grow their careers alongside a team of experts across energy, manufacturing, data center construction, and cloud services.

If you want to do the most meaningful work of your career, help our customers and partners advance their AI strategies, and be part of a high-performing team that believes in each other, come build with us at Crusoe.

About the Role:

We're looking for a Senior Program Manager, Performance Management to build and evolve Crusoe's core talent programs — performance management, talent review, succession planning, job architecture, and career frameworks. This isn't a role for someone who maintains what exists. Crusoe is scaling fast, and most of what this person will build doesn't exist yet.

You'll bring structure to ambiguity, earn trust from senior business leaders, and turn strategic direction into durable programs — then measure whether they're actually working. You're equally comfortable designing the calibration model on Monday and running a cross-functional working session with business leaders on Thursday. You know that a program no one adopts is just a document, so you build with change management in mind from day one.

What makes this work genuinely hard — and genuinely interesting — is who you're building for. Crusoe is vertically integrated in a way few companies are — spanning land acquisition and power development, real estate and data center construction, hardware manufacturing, and software engineering, all under one roof. The people doing that work are as varied as the work itself: skilled tradespeople on job sites, electrical engineers commissioning facilities, and ML researchers pushing the frontier of AI infrastructure. A performance framework that works for one won't automatically work for another. The best candidate here has designed programs flexible enough to meet people where they are, and principled enough to hold together across all of them.

This role sits inside People Operations & Strategy, a team that treats talent programs the way product teams treat products — owned end-to-end, built with accountability, and continuously improved. If you want to do the most consequential work of your career at a company that will let you, this is it.

What You'll Be Working On:

  • Redesign and operationalize our performance management strategy — building a calibrated, consistent approach that scales with the business and equips managers to lead meaningful performance conversations.

  • Scale talent reviews and build succession planning programs to identify and develop high-potential talent.

  • Build the talent infrastructure Crusoe scales on — pilot new programs, pressure-test them, and turn what works into durable, Workday-enabled systems that scale across the company.

  • Bring AI into how we build and run performance programs — using it to sharpen calibration quality, surface talent insights, and accelerate delivery, so the team operates at a higher level, not just a faster one.

  • Own job architecture end to end — designing and maintaining leveling guidelines, job families, and skills taxonomy, running update cycles, managing stakeholder communications, and handling the technical administration that keeps it accurate and usable as the company grows.

  • Build manager capability programs — toolkits, training, and enablement — so leaders can hold meaningful performance conversations, not just complete the process.

  • Design transparent career pathways and internal mobility frameworks that help employees see, and pursue, their next opportunity within Crusoe.

  • Help define the measurement strategy for performance programs, partnering with Employee Success Partners (ESPs), People Analytics, and business leaders to fund regular program effectiveness reviews, and translate data into clear recommendations for iteration and investment.

  • Lead rollout, adoption, and change management across the business with COEs.

  • Build and document scalable processes that create consistency across all talent programs.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

  • Hands-on experience designing and managing performance management, talent review, or succession planning programs at scale.

  • Builder's mindset — able to work through ambiguity, pressure-test program designs with stakeholders, and iterate toward solutions that actually stick.

  • AI fluency — actively use AI tools to accelerate work, generate insights, and problem-solve creatively.

  • Cross-functional influence and credibility — able to earn the trust of senior business leaders and drive adoption of programs that require their active participation, not just their sign-off.

  • Change management experience driving meaningful adoption across complex organizations.

  • Data-driven approach to measuring program effectiveness and iterating on results.

  • Clear, concise communicator across all audiences and levels.

Bonus Points

  • 4-7+ years in People/HR program management or talent management.

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or equivalent experience.

  • Experience with Workday (HCM, Talent, or Performance modules).

  • Background in job architecture, skills frameworks, or competency model design.

  • Hands-on use of AI tools (e.g., generative AI, workflow automation) to enhance People programs.

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation and equity packages

  • Restricted Stock Units

  • Paid time off, paid holidays & leave of absence programs

  • Comprehensive health, dental & vision insurance

  • Employer contributions to HSA account

  • Paid parental leave

  • Paid life insurance, short-term and long-term disability

  • Professional development & tuition reimbursement

  • Mental health & wellness support

  • Commuter benefits (parking & transit)

  • Cell phone stipend

  • 401(k) Retirement plan with company match up to 4% of salary

  • Volunteer time off

  • Global travel insurance & emergency assistance

  • Daily meals allowance

  • Additional perks & programs specific to location

Compensation Range

Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $125,000 - $155,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

Crusoe is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Employment decisions are made without regard to race, color, religion, disability, genetic information, pregnancy, citizenship, marital status, sex/gender, sexual preference/ orientation, gender identity, age, veteran status, national origin, or any other status protected by law or regulation.

TRM Labs

Senior Data Scientist, Full Stack (LATAM)

TRM Labs
Brazil
Full Time

Build a Safer World.

TRM Labs provides AI-powered intelligence solutions that help public and private sector agencies investigate and disrupt crime. TRM's platforms enable investigators to trace illicit activity, build cases, and construct operating pictures of threat networks. Leading agencies and businesses worldwide rely on TRM to make the world safer and more secure.

TRM Labs is a blockchain intelligence company committed to fighting crime and creating a safer world. By leveraging blockchain data, threat intelligence, and advanced analytics, our products empower governments, financial institutions, and crypto businesses to combat illicit activity and global security threats. At TRM, you'll join a mission-driven, fast-paced team made up of experts in law enforcement, data science, engineering, and financial intelligence, tackling complex global challenges daily.

As a Senior Data Scientist, Attribution, you will be embedded within a specific risk category (e.g., Sanctions, Cybercrime, Counter Terrorism) and own the attribution algorithms that drive direct customer outcomes — from seizing illicit funds to disrupting crypto-enabled crime networks. You'll operate as equal parts Subject Matter Expert and Data Scientist, translating deep domain knowledge into production-grade intelligence.

The impact you'll have here:

  • Own end-to-end attribution for a risk category: identify high-impact targets, build algorithms (heuristics, ML models, AI agents), and ship to production.

  • Collaborate tightly with — and become — a Subject Matter Expert for your category, translating customer and GTM needs into actionable intelligence.

  • Navigate all intelligence layers (Network / On-chain / Protocol) to uncover patterns competitors can't replicate.

  • Ship production-quality code — heuristics, ML models, and data pipelines — with rigorous evaluation and scalable architecture.

  • Drive measurable outcomes: billions in illicit funds traced, seized, or prevented.

What we’re looking for:

  • Quantitative background (Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, Physics).

  • Strong problem-solving mindset: gets to the root cause, leverages creativity, and thrives in ambiguity with a hypothesis-driven, iterative approach.

  • Demonstrated domain curiosity — ability to absorb and apply expertise in blockchain, fraud, money laundering, or cybercrime.

  • 6+ years in an analytical role with strong SQL, Python, and AI-assisted coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code).

  • Experience with distributed data systems (Spark, BigQuery, Airflow) and shipping production code.

  • Strong async communication (Loom, Slack, Notion) and ability to own work independently in a remote environment.

  • Bonus: Deep ML experience, prior work in crypto, financial crime, or financial institutions.

About the Team:

  • Data Scientists are embedded within risk categories teams (Sanctions, Cybercrime, Nation States, etc.), working closely with SMEs, engineers, and cross-functional partners.

  • Fully remote and globally distributed. Most overlap occurs 7am–12pm PST for meetings and collaboration.

  • All team members must have at least 4-hour overlap with PST business hours.

  • On-call responsibilities: Analytics on-call (< 1 hr/day monthly) and Data Science on-call (1-2 hrs/day every 3 months).

Learn about TRM Speed in this position:

  • Rapid Customer Impact. Deliver last-minute, high-stakes projects for key customers — turning around attribution insights in days, not weeks.

  • MVP to Production. Build complex algorithms with tight timeframes (1-2 sprints for MVP) and iterate based on real customer feedback.

  • Parallel Execution. Juggle multiple priorities across categories and stakeholders while maintaining quality and speed.

Life at TRM

We are building a safer world. That promise shows up in how we work every day.

TRM moves quickly. We are a high velocity, high ownership team that expects clarity, follow-through, and impact. People who thrive here are energized by hard problems, experimentation, and continuous feedback. If something takes months elsewhere, it will ship here in days.

Our work sits at the intersection of AI, national security, and fighting crime. The problems are complex, the stakes are real, and the environment evolves quickly. The pace and intensity of the work reflect the importance of the mission. As a result, the way we operate requires a high level of ownership, adaptability, collaboration, and creative problem-solving.

At TRM, you should expect:

  • Priorities and targets to change quickly as we experiment and iterate

  • Work that often requires operating with a high degree of ambiguity

  • A high level of personal ownership and accountability

  • Close collaboration across teams and functions

  • Frequent, high-touch communication

  • Creative problem solving and out-of-the-box thinking

  • A pace that rewards urgency, adaptability, and outcomes

This environment is energizing for people who enjoy building, solving hard problems, and making progress in situations that are not always fully defined. It also requires comfort navigating ambiguity, adjusting course as new information emerges, and maintaining focus and positivity in a fast-moving and intense environment.

We also recognize that this style of operating is not for everyone. If you are primarily optimizing for predictability or a consistently balanced workload, we encourage you to use the interview process to pressure test whether this environment is truly the right fit. We want teammates who thrive here, not just survive here.

At the same time, many people find this work deeply rewarding. If you are excited by meaningful problems, motivated by ambitious goals, and energized by working alongside mission-driven colleagues, there is a good chance you will find TRM to be an exceptional place to grow and contribute.
