About the opportunity:
Jerry is looking for a Senior Associate, Business Operations to join our growing team! We hit a huge milestone in early 2024 by achieving profitability and have ambitious goals for the next few years — scale from 5M to 50M customers and become a $10B business. As a Senior Associate, Business Operations, you will play a key role in championing data-driven decisions across the company’s most critical business initiatives (including carrier growth and development, building new products from 0-1, etc.). As part of the business operations & analytics team, you will leverage advanced machine learning models to conduct in-depth analyses and extract insights that will shape our growth strategies.
Jerry is building the first super app to make car ownership affordable and accessible – insurance, buy/sell, registration, loans, safety, repairs, parking, etc – a $2T market in the U.S. We started with insurance in 2019, and since then we’ve launched loan refinancing, driving insights, repair marketplace, car diagnostics, and a GenAI-powered chatbot & voicebot. We have amassed over 5M customers, raised $240MM in funding, scaled our revenue 60X and our team to 225 across 6 countries.
Here's what an ex-McKinsey teammate has to say about joining Jerry:
"I’ve really enjoyed working at Jerry because it’s allowed me to flex the strategy muscles I built at McKinsey while also getting much closer to implementation. Unlike traditional consulting, I’m not just handing off a recommendation — I actually get to own the metrics, design A/B tests, and see how our strategies play out in the real world.
Jerry has a deeply data-driven culture. We A/B test everything, and there’s been a big investment in data infrastructure — from clean, well-structured data to a strong data engineering team that supports real decision-making. As a result, the data and BizOps team is seen as a core strategic partner within the company.
Another thing I’ve appreciated is the team itself. A lot of people here come from MBB, so I’ve still got the energy, sharp thinking, and high bar that I had at McKinsey — but now I also get to build, test, and iterate on the strategies I help develop. It’s a great mix of ownership, rigor, and impact."
How you will make an impact:
Partner with marketing, product, and business development teams to integrate customer performance insights into user and partner acquisition strategies
Lead the design, execution, and analysis of A/B experiments on new and existing features, extracting key insights to inform product and business strategies
Define, understand, and test levers to drive profitable and scalable user acquisition and partnership growth
Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and optimize operational efficiency
Preferred experience:
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitatively or intellectually rigorous discipline
2+ years of management consulting experience from a top firm (McKinsey, Bain, and Boston Consulting Group preferred) OR relevant experience in business analysis/operations
High level of comfort with SQL and/or running complex data analysis
Who you are:
You have a framework for problem solving and live by first principles
You are comfortable communicating with audiences varying from front-line employees to the company’s C-suite
You set a very high bar for yourself and for your team, and you are constantly pushing that bar higher in the pursuit of excellence
While we appreciate your interest and application, only applicants under consideration will be contacted.

The Opportunity
The $1.2T automotive industry is a pillar of American culture, representing nearly 5% of U.S. GDP and shaping how people live and move every day. At the center of this ecosystem are dealerships—trusted local businesses that help consumers navigate one of the most important purchases they make.
Today, the industry is at an inflection point. Consumers expect the same speed, personalization, and convenience they experience in modern digital-first industries. At the same time, tighter margins and rising costs are driving a need for operational efficiency beyond what traditional software can support. Together, these shifts create a powerful opportunity to reimagine how dealerships deliver seamless experiences and build lasting customer relationships.
Dealers who modernize how they communicate and operate will unlock efficiency, deepen loyalty, and win long-term relationships. It is time to upgrade automotive retail to the 21st century.
About Mia
Mia Labs is an investor-backed startup on a mission to modernize dealership operations and transform the automotive consumer experience. Our AI agent, Mia, turns every call or inquiry into an opportunity, improving customer satisfaction and dealership performance through automation that feels human. We are trusted by some of the nation's largest dealership groups and are rapidly scaling our team, product offerings, and customer base.
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to join our Product team. This role emphasizes backend Python development, good system design, and the deployment of scalable systems — with a strong focus on the voice and multi-channel communication technology at the core of what Mia does. You will work closely with our AI lead to push the boundaries of what's possible, while contributing to the product roadmap as priorities evolve.
What You Will Do:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python.
Build and contribute to frontend features using TypeScript and React.
Improve voice pipeline performance, expanding multi-channel communication capabilities, and evaluating emerging technologies.
Implement and optimize real-time speech-to-text (STT) and text-to-speech (TTS) systems.

Own complex refactoring and architecture projects —replacing brittle, legacy patterns with clean, testable, scalable solutions.
Apply best practices in software development, including testing, CI/CD pipelines, and code reviews.
Mentor and guide team members, fostering technical growth and collaboration.
What We Want You to Have:
5+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong Python fundamentals.
Experience with frontend development using TypeScript and React.
A product mindset — you think about the "why" behind what you build and can contribute meaningfully to roadmap conversations.
Proven ability to lead large-scale refactoring or architecture migration projects — shipping incrementally without breaking production.
Experience deploying applications in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) using Docker.
Strong communication and ownership; comfortable working directly with senior cross-functional stakeholders.
Use AI to code — Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or equivalent. This is how we work.
Equity participation through stock options.
Fully paid health, vision & dental insurance for employees.
Flexible PTO and hybrid schedule (3 days / week in downtown Austin).
Free lunches, parking stipend provided, team events, and a casual, but get things done culture.
Compensation for this position will be competitive with current market rates and reflective of the candidate's experience, skills and qualifications.
At Mia, we’re committed to a workplace where everyone is valued, included, and empowered to do their best work. Our strength comes from diverse experiences, perspectives, and skills, and we’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
Passionate about the role but don’t tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you, you might be exactly who we need.
Mia is an EVerify employer.
How do you turn a decades-old dataset into an industry-leading medical coding agent? Teach an AI receptionist to book appointments in Spanish? Automatically generate working data connectors from API docs? Build agents that write, test, and deploy their own software packages?
Fractional AI is focused on putting frontier AI to work. We're a group of veteran Silicon Valley builders who care deeply about getting complex AI systems built right, with strong conviction about what makes them succeed.
We're backed by Anthropic, Blackstone, Hellman & Friedman, Goldman Sachs, General Atlantic, Leonard Green & Partners, Apollo Global Management, GIC, and Sequoia Capital.
Fractional AI is widely regarded by practitioners as one of the best teams at AI implementation in complex scenarios. Our brand awareness among top-tier engineers hasn't kept pace with our output. On May 20, we became the founding team of Anthropic's new AI Services Business and it's the right moment to bring in our first Developer Relations Engineer to build a lasting engineering brand.
You'll be embedded in the engineering team — reading code, sitting in architecture reviews, talking to clients — and translating that work into content, community, and presence that engineers actually respect. You're not a marketer who covers engineering. You're an engineer who happens to be exceptional at telling the story of the craft.
Write and publish technical content — blog posts, project teardowns, HN writeups — drawn from what the team is actually building
Build Fractional's presence on channels where strong engineers spend time: Hacker News, technical podcasts, conferences, and niche communities
Run high-signal community touchpoints: dinners, workshops, small events where top engineers encounter Fractional in a non-transactional context
Drive open source contributions and external projects that reflect Fractional's engineering caliber
Build partnerships with complementary technical brands — co-sponsoring events, co-publishing content, cross-pollinating communities
Feed signal back to engineering leadership: what practitioners are excited about, skeptical of, building toward
Strong engineering foundation. You've shipped software and cared about doing it right. You understand why good system design matters and can have a credible technical conversation with a senior engineer about AI architecture, eval design, or production tradeoffs.
Exceptional writing. You write with clarity and specificity. You know the difference between content that earns attention and content that fills a feed. You've written things engineers have actually read and shared.
Taste for what resonates technically. You have a feel for the developer zeitgeist — what practitioners find credible, what reads as hype, what makes an HN post land versus get flagged.
High ownership mindset. You jump in without instruction, embrace a "no job too big, no job too small" mindset, and want to shape strategy and culture from day one.
Low ego, high integrity. You help others and ask for help. You hold a high bar for honesty, with yourself and your team.
We're opinionated about what works in production, and we write about it — from why most eval setups fail by collapsing everything into a single score, to why defaulting to chat interfaces limits AI's impact.
We have a distinct approach to building AI systems: applying standard software engineering discipline to the non-deterministic world of frontier AI. We design systems around testable hypotheses, curate durable datasets, and ensure what we ship keeps working long after we've handed it over.
After shipping 30+ AI products, we have strong opinions on what makes AI products succeed and how to get them into production. We think you'll find it refreshing if you've seen how most companies approach AI.
A typical engineer here ships two to three products per year and learns from dozens more. In this role, you'll have direct visibility into that full portfolio — which means a richer, more credible voice than any DevRel who's been handed a press release.
Overdeliver: We are writing the playbook on how to create enterprise value with LLMs, and building our reputation as the world's best applied AI team.
Overuse AI: We go out of our way to experiment with the latest tools and share what we learn with our teammates — building a culture at the frontier.
Over "engineer" the culture: For every big decision, we ask "would this make Fractional a better or worse place for our team?"

Our team consists of pioneers in robotics and machine learning and skilled operators. We are now hiring to scale our efforts. We are looking for hands-on individuals who are excited to help shape the future of robotics.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Operations Associate to join the Head of Operations’ team. You'll translate strategy into execution, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and build the systems that enable rapid growth. This is a generalist role for someone who wants broad scope across company operations: from keeping our project plans on track and managing vendors to supporting financial modeling and establishing the core processes that will allow us to scale. It suits a highly organized, analytical operator who wants to help build from the ground up.
Responsibilities
Build Repeatable Playbooks: Identify opportunities to improve processes, optimize operational efficiencies, and establish our ways of working
Contribute to Strategy and Operating model: build financial models and business analyses that help inform how we scale and make critical decisions
Drive Execution: coordinate across teams and initiatives to help unblock issues
Strategic Initiatives: Partner with Head of Operations and leadership on strategic initiatives such as fundraising support, board deck preparation, and long-term planning
Special Projects: Act as a "Department of One" for emerging needs in finance, marketing, legal, and partnerships as we scale
Systems Implementation & Ownership: Beyond just designing processes, you will be responsible for the "last mile" of execution, anything from managing vendors and the procurement lifecycle, to helping stay on top of our legal and financial filings.
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, business operations, venture capital, or a similar high-growth environment.
Ownership Mindset: Proactive self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment; you don't wait for a playbook, you write it.
Problem Solving: A combination of analytical and conceptual thinking; you bring a hypothesis-driven approach to tackle complex business challenges across ops, finance, and strategy.
Analytics: Proficiency in financial modeling and business analysis
Operator Mentality: You enjoy the tactical execution of running day-to-day operations and are comfortable being hands-on, while maintaining the ability to think critically about the "big picture."
Exceptional Coordination: Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple streams of work and prioritize effectively.
Robotics/AI Interest: While you don’t need to be an engineer, you should be excited about the mission of building general-purpose manipulation and foundation models.
Education: B.S. in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus but not required.

Vendelux is seeking a Demand Generation Lead to own and scale our marketing-led pipeline strategy and execution. In this role, you will evolve a high-performing acquisition engine that drives predictable, high-quality pipeline across digital, ABM, and field amplification channels.
You’ll partner closely with Sales to ensure tight full-funnel alignment - from awareness to SQL creation and opportunity progression. While Events and Community are owned separately, you will work to amplify event-driven pipeline and maximize conversion across touchpoints.
This is a player-coach leadership role. You will set demand strategy and stay close to execution - directly managing one or two marketers while personally driving key programs and experimentation.
The ideal candidate has successfully scaled integrated demand programs in a fast-growing B2B SaaS or AI-native technology company, at the series B or C level. You’re comfortable owning pipeline outcomes and building systems that create durable, repeatable growth. You’re a strategic thinker, but are happy to roll up your sleeves and dive into execution. This role offers the autonomy of a builder environment with close collaboration with colleagues.
This position will be 3-4 days onsite, based in our NYC headquarters.
Own and execute the global demand generation strategy across paid media, email, content, SEO, ABM, and events to drive awareness, lead generation, and measurable pipeline growth aligned with business goals.

Design and optimize content frameworks aligned to the buyer journey, including ads, landing pages, nurture streams, and thought leadership.
Implement attribution models and reporting frameworks to measure performance, identify pipeline drivers, and optimize ROI.
10+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation with a demonstrated track record of building scalable programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue.
Experience scaling Series B/C companies
Expert use of: HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Ads.
Proficient in using AI tools to automate and build content, and an interest in using AI to constantly improve outcomes
Strategic thinker with a builder’s mindset who thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
Comfortable operating with ambiguity
Strong understanding of funnel metrics, attribution models, campaign analytics, and performance optimization.
Ability to design segmentation strategies and personalization frameworks at scale.
Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and reporting dashboards.
Competitive base salary and bonus
Healthcare covering medical, dental and vision
Work from our NYC HQ
Unlimited PTO plus two company-wide shutdowns during the July 4th week and the Christmas – New Years week

Not all candidates will check all of the requirements listed above and that’s ok! We are open to great people from non-traditional backgrounds.
Vendelux is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace. We are committed to equal opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, gender, gender identity, parental or pregnancy status, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, or veteran status.
Genesis Molecular AI unifies cutting edge molecular machine learning with rigorous physics to discover novel small molecule therapies for severe diseases. Our molecular AI platform, GEMS, combines generative models and high throughput molecular simulation to search chemical space and prioritize compounds with unprecedented speed and accuracy.
We are bringing together a world-class computational team to build out the industry's fastest and most accurate small molecule property predictions, by combining the power of machine learning and physics-based methods.
About the Team
Our computational chemistry team partners with ML researchers, medicinal chemists, and biologists to turn our computational models into real drug candidates for our internal pipeline and our pharma collaborators.
You will join a team led by experienced drug hunters and method developers across statistical mechanics, free energy methods, and computer aided drug design.
About the Role
We are looking for a binding free energy specialist, who is comfortable both with the theory necessary to propose new methodological ideas and with coding necessary to implement them. This individual will advance free energy methods across our platform and own their delivery.
You will be the person our teams turn to when they need physics based ranking of tight binders, especially in potency regimes where current models start to flatten out. Your work will directly shape which compounds we make, which ones move forward, and how quickly we discover the best molecules for patients.
This is not a “button pusher” role. You should have a strong understanding of theory and enjoy getting your hands “dirty,” coding up tools and getting them into the hands of project teams.
What you will do:
Own the binding free energy function
Take responsibility for small molecule binding free energy calculations that feed directly into project decision making
Define best practice protocols across programs, and evolve them as the platform improves
Optimize and improve existing methods, not just run them
Start from existing methods and code bases (for example FEP, TI, and related alchemical / free energy workflows) and improve them for both speed and accuracy
Identify and implement tricks and approximations from the free energy literature that move us along the “fast and accurate enough” tradeoff curve
Help determine where more physics is needed and where we can safely approximate
Build tools, not just papers
Design, implement, and maintain free energy workflows and utilities that other scientists at Genesis can actually use
Contribute production quality code, tests, and documentation

2026 has been a breakout year for Doppler. We’ve helped over 78,000 startups and enterprises manage their secrets at scale, and landed our first million-dollar customer. We've shipped some of our most exciting features yet, expanded our customer base, and sharpened our focus like never before. With a strong foundation in community, we're scaling and monetizing with ambitious goals across product, growth, sales, and hiring. The momentum is real and we’re just getting started.
About Doppler
Doppler's mission is to make it easy and secure for software developers of every experience level and teams of any size to manage their app configuration and secrets. But hasn't this been done?
Developers tend to be either struggling with the manual management of .env files, or wrestling with an overly complex secrets manager that's not built for software development. The rise of AI tooling has fundamentally expanded who and what has access to your secrets. The stakes have never been higher, and getting it wrong has real consequences. Doppler is the solution to fix this. Simple to adopt, easy to scale, and built for developers, by developers.
Our team is entrepreneurial, with a bias for action. We never back down from a spirited debate and believe we are all responsible for exploring the hard questions. We value self-awareness and meaningful impact. We are open to unconventional approaches and have learned not to judge a book by its cover. Your time is your most valuable resource, so you set your hours. We use Slack to communicate and default to zero meetings. We aim to document everything. We also recommend you invest your time in 10% compounding time.
Doppler is a developer-first secrets management platform that enables engineers and security teams to securely store their secrets across any cloud infrastructure or deployment environment at scale.
At Doppler, security is core to what we ship, not an afterthought - it's woven into our product. Customers come to us to be the trusted custodian of their most sensitive credentials: API keys, database passwords, service tokens. That means our compliance posture is something prospects scrutinize during procurement and something customers depend on to justify their trust. This role owns all of it.
As our Senior GRC Analyst, you'll be the owner of Doppler's security and compliance program; maintaining our SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certifications, driving our next compliance initiatives, and acting as the internal expert and external face of security for enterprise customers. You'll work closely with engineering, product, sales, and customer success, and you'll bring an automation-first mindset to everything, building systems that reduce manual toil and move us toward continuous compliance rather than point-in-time audits.
This is an individual contributor role with meaningful company-wide impact. The person who thrives here is equally comfortable diving into a pen test report with engineers and presenting risk posture to leadership.
What you’ll do:
Compliance program ownership
Maintain Doppler's SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certifications end-to-end: evidence collection, control monitoring, audit coordination, and deficiency remediation
Lead the compliance work for our next certifications, including gap assessments, policy updates, and required documentation
Evaluate additional certifications and attestations on an ongoing basis as customer and market requirements evolve
Own day-to-day administration of our GRC platform (Vanta), including control mapping, evidence workflows, and audit readiness
Risk and controls
Lead our security working group: facilitate regular risk identification sessions, policy updates, maintain the threat register, track remediation progress, and drive accountability across teams
Design and maintain security controls mapped to our chosen frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc.), ensuring they're practical and consistently operating
Coordinate penetration testing cycles and work directly with engineering to track and close findings
Author and maintain security policies that are enforceable and grounded in regulatory requirements (GDPR, PCI, and others relevant to a secrets management provider)
Support business continuity and disaster recovery governance
Customer and sales enablement
Respond to security questionnaires and RFPs promptly and accurately. Doppler's customers are technical and expect precision
Participate in customer security reviews and calls; represent our compliance posture credibly to security teams, procurement, and compliance officers
Maintain public-facing trust documentation that reflects our actual program
Partner with sales on security-sensitive enterprise deals, especially in regulated industries or where compliance is a gating factor
Enablement and communication
Translate compliance status and risk posture into clear, non-jargon updates for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
Lead security awareness and compliance training for internal teams
Influence engineering and product roadmaps where security controls intersect with product decisions
What you’ll bring to the table:
5+ years in security, compliance, or GRC, with direct ownership of SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 programs in a cloud product environment where you've run audit cycles, not just supported them
Hands-on experience with Vanta (or a comparable GRC platform) and a genuine interest in automating compliance workflows rather than relying on spreadsheets
Technical fluency: you can read a pen test report, understand cloud architecture decisions, and have substantive conversations with engineers about control design and risk tradeoffs
Strong understanding of how auditors think, ideally from having been on the auditor side, or from running enough cycles that you've internalized their perspective
Familiarity with PCI DSS and GDPR requirements; experience with self-attestation or certification work is a strong plus
Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles where security is a procurement requirement, including responding to complex security questionnaires
Excellent communication skills across audiences. You can brief the CEO on risk posture and turn around and explain the same issue to an engineer in implementation terms
Relevant certifications (CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or equivalent) preferred
Preferred experience:
Startup or high-growth environment experience
Experience with developer tools or infrastructure security background
Experience with trust center management
Familiarity with secrets management, credential security, or PKI.
Equity at an early-stage, fast-growing startup
Premium health insurance (medical, dental, vision)

We've built a great product our customers love. Our churn is low, and active usage continues to rise. We just need to amplify our reach to educate the market that secrets management can be fast, secure, and affordable for teams and organizations of any size. And most importantly, we need to continue encouraging Developers to stop adhering to archaic insecure standards such as manually managing .env file formats.
Are you passionate about developer-focused products and ready to join an amazing team? Then we want to hear from you!
A final note - we highly encourage you to apply for this role, even if you don't feel entirely qualified, or entirely sure. You never know!

Everyone's talking about AI. But here's the truth: ChatGPT can't send your emails. It can't book your flights. It can't even order you lunch.
Why? Because AI is trapped in a chat box. It can't take real actions in the real world.
We are changing that forever. We're not just building another AI company; we're creating the infrastructure that will power every AI application you'll use in the future.
The Revolution Needs You
Every AI app needs agentic "tools" - special functions that let AI models take real actions. Without tools, AI can only chat. With tools, AI can actually do things. We're building the actions runtime that allows AI agents to safely take real-world actions at enterprise scale.
As Arcade's first designer, you'll build the UX/UI function from scratch. You start with the Dashboard — the surface where customers decide whether to trust their agents with real systems. From there, you shape whatever comes next: MCP Apps, and the surfaces nobody has named yet.
Why This Is The Opportunity of a Lifetime
Founder-Market Fit : Our CEO previously founded Stormpath (acquired by Okta), where he created the first Authentication API for developers. He's done this before, and this time the market is 10x bigger. Our CTO led the vector database team at Redis, shipped 100+ LLM applications, and is a contributor to LangChain and LlamaIndex. He knows this space better than anyone.
Dream Team : We've assembled authentication, integrations, distributed systems, and AI experts from Okta, Redis, Microsoft, Splunk, ngrok, Google, Airbyte, Disney, and HPE who've built and founded multiple successful developer platforms.
Perfect Timing : We're at the inflection point of AI adoption. The biggest problem isn't better models, it's connecting AI to real-world actions. That's us.
Massive Market : We're building critical infrastructure for the biggest technological shift of our generation. Every AI app will need what we're building.
Backed By The Best: Our investors have backed Databricks, Clickhouse, MongoDB, Perplexity, Cohere, ScaleAI, Confluent, Elastic, and Firebase. They see what we see — this is going to be huge.
The Challenge
Product Design's charter at Arcade is simple and hard: every surface where customers meet Arcade is a trust surface. For most of our customers — the AI/ML architects deploying Arcade inside their companies — the Dashboard is the only place they see us today, which is why it's where you start. Every fear they have about giving agents access to real systems either gets settled or amplified here. The work of design is to make sure it's the former.
This is a new design space. Agents are non-deterministic. Tools fire in patterns customers didn't predict. Auth scopes nest in ways that aren't obvious. The Dashboard has to make all of that legible — for an admin granting an agent permission, an engineer debugging a failed tool call at 11pm, a compliance reviewer asking "what did the agent actually do?" Three different mental models, one product surface.
There is no playbook for this. Nobody has shipped a definitive answer for how to design an admin UI for agents — the conventions we adopt will likely become the ones other companies copy. Some of your work is design. Some is teaching, explaining concepts customers haven't fully internalized yet, inside the product itself. If you'd rather inherit a design language than help invent one, this isn't the right role.
And you're not just designing — you're building a function. There's no design team yet. There's no design language you inherit (engineering has stood up Radix and Tailwind patterns, but those are a starting point, not a system). You'll define how design works with engineering, how it works with the PM, and how it shows up in Marketing. Every pattern you set becomes the one the next designer inherits.
This role reports to the Engineering Manager for Tools and Growth. The team is small, and you'll work across the entire company — shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering on the Dashboard, with the PM on Tools and Growth on what surfaces matter most, and with Marketing on how design decisions show up beyond the product. Your decisions land in customers' hands within weeks, not quarters. If you want to do the design work nobody has done yet — and watch customers learn from it — this is the role.
What You'll Do
Own the design of major Dashboard surfaces end-to-end — flow, interaction, visual — from first sketch to shipped pixels.
Run customer research with the AI/ML architects deploying Arcade. Interview them. Watch them use prototypes. Bring the signal back to the team.
Pair daily with engineering. Hand off in Figma, watch implementation in our React + Tailwind codebase, and iterate when production reveals something the mock didn't.
Shape the design system alongside engineering. We use Radix and Tailwind today; what we ship next either reuses, extends, or replaces those patterns deliberately.
Make agent state legible — tool execution, auth scopes, observability, billing. All of it has to feel obvious in the moment a customer needs the answer.
Write the design rationale. Explain decisions so engineers, the PM, and Marketing can build on them — and so customers learn the model from the product itself.
Set the bar for design quality as Arcade grows. Your patterns get inherited by every designer after you.
Required Skills
3–5 years of product design experience, with at least one role focused on a developer-facing or B2B SaaS product. Formal title matters less than the work.
A portfolio that shows end-to-end product work — research → flows → interaction → visual → shipped pixels, not just static screens.
Strong fluency in Figma. Fast, organized, components and tokens you'd actually want to inherit.
Comfort with technical product spaces. You can read enough about APIs, auth, and agent behavior to design for them — and you ask the right questions when you can't.
Demonstrated ability to run customer research without a dedicated researcher. You've talked to real users, synthesized what you heard, and changed the design because of it.
Strong partnership with engineering. You've shipped real product alongside engineers and made the work better for it.
Opinions on design systems — not just visual consistency, but how tokens, components, and patterns hold up as a team scales.
Comfort with ambiguity — early team, narrow charter that will expand. You make good decisions with incomplete data.
An insatiable desire to ship.
Bonus Points
You've designed for AI, ML, or agent products before — and have opinions about what makes them work.
Prior experience at a developer-tools, API-platform, or infrastructure company (Stripe, Vercel, Supabase, Auth0, Postman, Linear, and the like).
You've shipped or substantially contributed to a design system that survived contact with multiple engineers.
Comfort designing for engineers as your primary user — you understand what makes an admin UI feel right to someone who'd rather be in their terminal.
Prototyping in code, even at a basic level. A designer who can read React and prototype interactions in the actual codebase moves faster than one who can't.
Join The Movement
We're not just building a product; we're leading a movement to transform AI from just chatbots to agents that can take actions against real systems. This is your chance to be at the forefront of that revolution.
If you want to look back in 5 years and say, "I helped build that", then we want to talk to you. Ready to make AI actually useful? Apply Now

Be a part of this exciting journey with us!
The Role
OpusClip is redefining how the world creates video — and we need someone who can tell that story. We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager who operates at the intersection of sharp positioning, creative instinct, and relentless execution. This is not a role for someone who waits for a brief. This is a role for a builder who thrives in crowded markets, knows that safe marketing loses, and has the taste and conviction to make OpusClip impossible to ignore.
The Mandate
Own the Narrative: Define and sharpen OpusClip's positioning, messaging, and story — across the website, user communications, and education content. You don't just describe the product; you make people feel why it matters.
Drive Launches That Land: Own and execute product launches and GTM briefs that arm brand partners, influencers, and the paid media team to win — then build the playbooks that turn one-off wins into repeatable motion.
Convert Attention into Adoption: Pilot campaigns that go beyond awareness — ones that drive real product usage. Measure what works, kill what doesn't, and scale what does.
Be the Voice of the Customer: Work closely with the product team to surface user insights and champion user needs. You are the connective tissue between what users feel and what the product becomes.
The Profile
The Storyteller: You are an exceptional writer and communicator. You translate complex product capabilities into narratives that move people — not just inform them.
The Launch Operator: You have a track record of leading product launches that measurably moved adoption and activation. You know the full stack of GTM — not just the deck.
The Creative Editor: You have genuine taste in video creation and editing. You can spot what's good, articulate why, and translate that into marketing that resonates. (Please include a portfolio or links if applicable.)
The Zero-to-One Builder: You've operated with ambiguity and thrived. You don't wait for scope to be handed to you — you define it, own it, and drive it to impact.
The Unconventional Thinker: You know that blending into the market is the same as losing. You're comfortable being bold, and you back it up with craft.
Nice to Haves
Experience marketing AI or creative tools
Background that blends product intuition with growth marketing depth
You Should NOT Apply If
You need clearly defined scope before you can move
You think great marketing is just great copy
You aren't genuinely obsessed with video creation and editing
You mistake activity for impact
Experience 4+ years in product marketing for PLG tech startups

Radiant is an El Segundo, CA-based startup building the world’s first mass-produced, portable nuclear microreactors. The company’s first reactor, Kaleidos, is a 1-megawatt, fail-safe microreactor that can be transported anywhere power is needed and run for up to 5 years without refueling. Portable nuclear power with rapid-deploy capability can replace similar-sized diesel generators and provide critical asset support for hospitals, data centers, remote sites, and military bases. Radiant’s unique, practical approach to nuclear development leverages modern software engineering to rapidly deliver safe, factory-built microreactors that use existing, well-qualified materials. Founded in 2020, Radiant is on track to test its first reactor at the Idaho National Laboratory this summer, with initial customer deliveries beginning in 2028.
About the Role
As a Project Developer in Radiant’s Commercial organization, your job is to deliver reactors to our contracted customers. You will own the end-to-end process, serving as the single point of accountability from contract award through reactor delivery. You will work with the customer’s site team, ensure compliance with contract requirements, and manage the project from local permitting through electrical interconnection. Within Radiant, your key points of contact will be the licensing, state engagement, engineering, and manufacturing teams. The projects you manage will be successful if they are delivered

When working with our government customers, act as the primary interface with contracting officers, program offices, installation personnel, and end users.
When working with our commercial customers, act as the primary interface with project sponsors, site leads, and operations personnel.
Architect and maintain integrated master schedules and cost baselines, ensuring internal teams and subcontractors are aligned to contract obligations.
Manage contract compliance including reporting requirements and milestone billing; support negotiation of contract modifications and change orders.
Independently identify, assess, and drive resolution of programmatic risks and cross-functional dependencies.
Stand up and refine the project management processes, tools, and reporting cadence needed to provide clear visibility to company leadership and consistent milestone updates to customer partners.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
3-5+ years of experience in energy project development, project management, or a related field.
Experience managing programs requiring the delivery of complex capital equipment or large scale industrial systems.
Strong command of integrated master scheduling.
Proven ability to manage programs with significant technical complexity, multiple parallel work streams, and cross-functional dependencies.
Demonstrated experience managing and reporting project financial performance, budgets, scopes, and schedules.
U.S. citizenship required (absolutely no exceptions); ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Desired Qualifications & Skills:
Familiarity with electric power infrastructure projects and knowledge of business issues associated with power delivery services.
Experience supporting U.S. government contracts.
Direct working knowledge of FAR/DFARS compliance, government contract types (cost-plus, firm-fixed-price, time and materials), and federal reporting and audit requirements.
Active DoD security clearance.
Additional Requirements:
Must be willing to work extended hours and weekends as necessary to accomplish our mission.
Must work 100% onsite at El Segundo HQ.

Our mission is to make the world programmable. Sight is one of the key ways we understand the world, and soon this will be true for the software we use, too.
We’re building the tools, community, and resources needed to make the world programmable with artificial intelligence. Roboflow simplifies building and using computer vision models. Today, over 1M+ developers, including those from half the Fortune 100, use Roboflow’s machine learning open source and hosted tools. That includes counting cells to accelerate cancer research, improving construction site safety, digitizing floor plans, preserving coral reef populations, guiding drone flight, and much more.
Our team is small relative to our impact, and we believe our user success is our success (not the inverse). A team member summarized: “Roboflow is a company full of giant brains and tiny egos.” We find software has a multiplier effect on all roles (not only product and engineering), so Roboflow employs developers across the company in design, sales, customer support, marketing, and beyond.
We’re supported by great customers and investors, having raised over $63 million from Google Ventures, Y Combinator, Craft Ventures, Sam Altman, Lachy Groom, and other leading software investors.
Primarily, you like to make great things with passionate colleagues. You are someone who likes to own outcomes, not only inputs. You’re motivated by having responsibility and accountability. You’re eager to do the work, big and small.
You’re energized by building relationships, spotting great talent early, and connecting people with missions that matter. You know what “great” looks like in go-to-market functions—from Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to Growth Marketers and Partnerships leads—and can tailor your approach to each.
You’re motivated by the question, “How can I improve this?” and have a track record of building scalable recruiting systems and candidate experiences.
We are less concerned with the number of years you've spent recruiting than with the impact you've had. You believe exceptional hiring is one of the highest-leverage activities inside a company. You enjoy acting as a partner to leaders, helping shape teams, calibrate talent, and make better hiring decisions—not simply filling open roles.
As a GTM Recruiter, you’ll own hiring for Roboflow’s go-to-market functions—Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Partnerships, and other revenue-driving teams. You’ll build deep relationships with hiring managers, define the profiles we need, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences that help Roboflow attract and close the best talent in AI.
You’ll act as a partner to founders and functional leaders in building the teams that bring computer vision products to market. The people you hire will directly influence how quickly we can serve customers, grow the business, and make the world programmable.
Success in this role means consistently hiring exceptional talent, earning the trust of hiring managers and executives, and building recruiting systems that scale alongside the company. Every great hire meaningfully changes Roboflow’s trajectory.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success metrics, and scorecards for GTM hires
Source, screen, and guide candidates through the interview process end-to-end
Create high-signal interview loops and ensure fast, fair, and delightful candidate experiences
Build talent pipelines for current and future GTM roles, with an emphasis on quality and velocity
Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, and Leadership to forecast hiring needs and timelines
Maintain a strong pulse on market trends for go-to-market talent in AI and developer tools
Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on hiring strategy, candidate calibration, compensation benchmarks, and talent market dynamics
Develop creative sourcing strategies that identify exceptional candidates before they are actively looking for their next role
Continuously improve recruiting processes, systems, and reporting to increase hiring quality and efficiency
You’re a connector, builder, and operator who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. You combine high empathy with sharp instincts for talent and judgment.
Full-cycle recruiting experience with demonstrated success hiring go-to-market talent in high-growth startup, SaaS, or technology environments
Deep familiarity with go-to-market roles and compensation models (AE, CSM, Marketing, RevOps, Partnerships, etc.)
Proven ability to build and maintain high-quality pipelines and close top candidates
Exceptional sourcing instincts and a demonstrated ability to engage hard-to-reach candidates
Experience managing ATS workflows (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication; you can sell a vision as well as a role
Strong business judgment and the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and company leaders on hiring strategy
Curious about technology and able to quickly understand and communicate technical products to candidates and prospective teammates
You develop strong opinions about talent and back them up with evidence, while remaining open to changing your mind when presented with new information
Bias toward speed and clarity—you move fast and keep everyone aligned
Comfortable operating with autonomy and accountability
Roboflow’s team is distributed across the world. We currently have Hubs in New York City, San Francisco, Brazil, and Singapore (and plan to open more as we grow density in new cities). You can work from one of our Hubs (we offer a relocation bonus), work from home, work at co-working spaces, etc. We want you to work where you work best!
To determine your compensation, we use a number of market- and data-driven salary sources. We review compensation every six months to ensure we remain aligned with the market.
We are open to exceptional candidates across multiple experience levels, from experienced individual contributors to senior recruiting operators.

Up to 100% coverage of health insurance for you and your family
Remote-first / flexible schedule
Unlimited PTO (with a 2-week annual minimum)

This technical role requires you to be in our Palo Alto office (Atherton) and travel to customer sites in the Bay Area.
The Role
You'll deliver our AI platform the world's leading semiconductor and consumer electronics companies, and collaborate with them to develop new features. (This is not an exaggeration.)
About Voltai
Voltai is developing models and agents to evaluate, design, and interact with hardware and electronic systems.
The Team
We're hackers, researchers, and operators obsessed with building AI for electronic systems and semiconductors. Our team includes former Stanford professors, SAIL researchers, Olympiad medalists, and executives from Synopsys, GlobalFoundries, and Cadence. Despite the name drops, we care far more about execution than titles.
We're backed by Stanford, Sequoia, and leadership at Google, AMD, Broadcom and more. In other words, we have deep, deep access to the industry.
What You'll Do
Own customer deployments at offices across the SF Bay Area, Cupertino, and Santa Clara.
Develop features and integrations specific to customer workflows and port features from our cloud product to on-prem environments inside some of the most locked-down infrastructure on the planet.
Manage cloud deployments across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OpenShift: standing them up, keeping them healthy, debugging them when they're not.
Learn about hardware design. Previous experience is not expected, but you should be eager to familiarize yourself with how hardware is developed at a high-level.
What We're Looking For
We care about how you think, not how you keyword-match
5+ years in backend engineering, full-stack development, or infrastructure/DevOps: internships and teaching assistantships don't count
Familiarity with agent development and RAG
Fluency in at least one mainstream backend language (Python, Go, Rust, TypeScript, etc.) and familiarity with either Python or TypeScript
Comfortable with the Docker ecosystem, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), and IaC tools
Willingness to travel, mostly in California
Bonus Points For
On-prem deployment experience in enterprise or air-gapped environments
Prior field engineering, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical roles
Experience in EDA, semiconductor, or hardware-adjacent software environments
Our AI Bullshit Meter
We are very good at catching people who use AI to exaggerate their abilities whether on paper or during interviews. Please don't waste our time.
Our mission is to architect AI that learns from and interacts with the world like humans do.
We're pioneering the model architectures that will make this possible. Our founding team met as PhDs at the Stanford AI Lab, where we invented State Space Models or SSMs, a new primitive for training efficient, large-scale foundation models. Our team combines deep expertise in model innovation and systems engineering paired with a design-minded product engineering team to build and ship cutting edge models and experiences.
We're funded by leading investors at Index Ventures and Lightspeed Venture Partners, along with Factory, Conviction, A Star, General Catalyst, SV Angel, Databricks and others. We're fortunate to have the support of many amazing advisors, and 90+ angels across many industries, including the world's foremost experts in AI.
About the Role
Cartesia is hiring a Product Manager, Infrastructure to own the platform our customers and internal teams depend on — the APIs, SDKs, deployment surfaces, and infrastructure primitives that make Cartesia's foundation models usable in production. Your customers are engineers, and your work shows up in design docs, deal cycles, and CTO conversations as much as it does in product specs. You'll partner with engineering, research, and GTM to ship a platform that earns enterprise trust, and to run the enterprise motions that come with it.
Your Impact
Own the roadmap for Cartesia's infrastructure platform — APIs, SDKs, deployment models, and the developer experience layered on top
Translate enterprise deal signals into a coherent product direction; separate one-off asks from real platform investments
Run customer technical reviews, partner with FDE/ SE/ olutions teams inside live deals, and debrief with CTOs to convert technical wins into closed business
Make and defend architectural tradeoffs (latency vs. throughput, abstraction level, deployment model) in design reviews and PRDs
Write the PRDs, GTM primers, deprecation comms, and competitive teardowns that the company runs on
What You Bring
5–8 years in product, including 3+ years in infrastructure, developer tools, or AI/ML platform PM — shipping against a real engineering roadmap
Strong technical fluency: you can read a design doc, run an architecture review, and hold opinions on tradeoffs from first principles. You don't ship code, but you debug in conversation
Has owned a multi-tenant platform, dev tools product, or B2B infra product where the customer is also an engineer
Enterprise fluency: comfortable in a technical review, a sales pitch, and a CTO debrief — and able to translate between all three. Has worked alongside FDE/SE /Solutions teams in active deal cycles
Track record of saying no with clarity, not just yes — and shipping iteratively rather than waiting on a perfect spec
Clear, structured writer: your PRDs, GTM primers, and deprecation comms all land. Fluent with modern AI tools (Claude, Cursor, etc.) as a force multiplier
Nice to Have
Voice/real-time /streaming systems experience (LiveKit, Twilio, Daily, Pipecat, telephony / SIP)
On-prem, VPC, or air-gapped deployment experience; familiarity with customer compliance reviews
GPU/inference-stack literacy (vLLM, TensorRT-LLM, SGLang, KV cache, GPU SKUs)
Prior experience as a founding/early platform PM at a Series A/B AI infra company

At Fluidstack, we build the compute, data centers, and power that will fuel artificial superintelligence. We supply GWs of compute capabilities to the world’s biggest AI Labs at industry-defining speeds.
Our team is small, fast, and obsessed with quality. We own outcomes end-to-end, challenge assumptions, and treat our customers' problems as our own. No task is beneath anyone here.
There are a few thousand people who will shape the trajectory of superintelligence. Come and be one of them.
You'll be the technical backbone of FluidStack's physical security operations, the person who keeps our security systems running and our GSOC sharp. This role sits at the intersection of real-time monitoring and hands-on systems administration: one shift you're managing alarms, dispatching response, and coordinating across sites; the next you're troubleshooting an ACS controller, pushing firmware to a camera fleet, or chasing down why a reader stopped talking to the head-end. We're looking for someone who's equally comfortable on the console and under the hood and who treats every system fault as something to fix permanently, not just clear.
Responsibilities:
Operate the GSOC across FluidStack's data center and site portfolio — alarm monitoring, video review, access event triage, and incident dispatch on a 24/7 basis
Administer and maintain the physical security technology stack, including access control systems, video management systems, intrusion detection, and intercom platforms
Troubleshoot and resolve system faults end-to-end, from individual device failures to head-end issues, integration breaks, and network-layer problems
Manage badge issuance, access provisioning, and credential lifecycle across all sites, ensuring least-privilege access and clean audit trails
Coordinate with on-site security teams, integrators, and IT to drive incidents, work orders, and system changes to closure
Maintain the health of the security systems environment: patching, firmware management, configuration backups, and routine audits of system performance
Document everything that matters: incident reports, system changes, runbooks, and the kind of tribal knowledge that otherwise walks out the door
Basic Qualifications:
4+ years of hands-on experience administering enterprise physical security systems: access control, video management, and intrusion detection at minimum
Direct experience working in or supporting a GSOC, SOC, or similar 24/7 monitoring environment
Strong troubleshooting skills across the full stack — devices, servers, networks, and integrations, and the discipline to root-cause rather than reset
Working knowledge of networking fundamentals: IP addressing, VLANs, switches, and how security systems traverse a network
Comfort with shift work, including nights, weekends, and on-call rotation as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in data center, critical infrastructure, or other 24/7 high-availability environments
Competitive total compensation package (salary + equity).
Retirement or pension plan, in line with local norms.
Health, dental, and vision insurance.
Generous PTO policy, in line with local norms.
The base salary range for this position is $200,000 - $300,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location. This range represents our good faith estimate of the compensation for this role at the time of posting. Total compensation may also include equity in the form of stock options.
We are committed to pay equity and transparency.
